Clinical Study Of Yishen Decoction Combined With Wax Therapy In Treatment Of Edema Of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:In this study,the clinical effect and mechanism of Yishen decoction combined with wax therapy in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy edema were observed and discussed.To determine whether Yishen decoction combined with wax therapy can effectively alleviate DKD edema,reduce complications,improve the quality of life of patients,delay the progress of DKD,and provide a new and effective treatment for DKD edema.Methods: From October 2019 to October 2020,75 patients with diabetic kidney disease accompanied by edema of both lower limbs were randomly divided into 3 groups(wax therapy group,traditional Chinese medicine group and basic group),25 cases in each group.The basic group was given low salt and low fat diabetes diet,hypotension,hypoglycemia,diuretic and other routine treatment;traditional Chinese medicine group on the basis of routine treatment plus Yishen decoction oral administration;wax therapy group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine group external wax therapy.After 2weeks of observation,the changes of edema degree,TCM symptoms,laboratory indexes and safety indexes were recorded in 3 groups.After observation,the SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the recorded indexes.Record the adverse reactions in 2 weeks of treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the wax therapy group was 96%,The total effective rate was 84%,The total effective rate of the base group is60%,Wax therapy group is superior to traditional Chinese medicine group and basic group,difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).TCM symptom score,The effective rate was 80% in wax therapy group,Herbal medicine group,68%,Basic group 32%,Wax therapy group is superior to traditional Chinese medicine group and basic group,There are significant differences,statistically significant(p<0.05).Before and after treatment,the weight and leg circumference of the three groups decreased significantly,The improvement of edema in wax therapy group was better,There were significant differences between the two groups,statistically significant(p<0.05);Laboratory indicators,The urinary protein quantification,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were decreased in the 3 groups before and after treatment,Albumin rises,And the wax therapy group was better,A significant difference was found(p<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions and abnormal indexes in the three groups of safety indexes.Conclusion: Yishen decoction combined with wax therapy can obviously improve the edema symptoms and laboratory indexes of diabetic kidney disease patients,obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect,and have high safety,which provides a new thinking direction for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy edema in the future.
