Clinical Observation Of Yishen Gujing Decoction In The Treatment Of Microalbuminuria In Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:This study focuses on the clinical curative effect observation of Yishen Gujing Fang on reducing microalbuminuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy,and explore new methods of disease drug treatment.Methods:90 selected cases were divided into control group of 45 cases and 45 cases in the treatment group,the two groups underwent blood glucose control,low salt diet and exercise therapy based treatment,control group on the basis of oral treatment on the basis of Irbesartan Tablets(Zhejiang Huahai Limited by Share Ltd)each 150mg(2 tablets),once a day,for 8 weeks.In the control group treated with Yishen Gujing decoction,decoction is a vacuum packaging bag 200ml,breakfast and after dinner each bag orally for 8 weeks.After treatment,detection of urine trace protein in urine of patients with liver function were important content,biochemical indexes and blood important Index.Result:1,After treatment,the urine maicroalbumin of the control group and the treatment group were lower than before,the results showed obvious statistical significance difference(P<0.01).The experimental group showed lower urine maicroalbumin than the control group after treatment comparison,there was significant difference(*P<0.01).2,After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the patients in two groups were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The treatment group compared with the control group after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the patients getting lower,the difference was statistically significant(*p<0.05).3,After treatment,the experimental group showed a better comprehensive curative effect than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yishen Gujing prescription combined with irbesartan tablets can improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy patients at microalbuminuria stage.2.Yishen Gujing prescription combined with irbesartan tablet can reduce the level of urinary microalbumin in diabetic nephropathy patients,and its curative effect is better than that of irbesartan alone.
