Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-5 Based On The Theory Of Mediation Triple Energizer Method

Objective:Through clinical research on the treatment of Chronic kidney disease with Yang deficiency,blood stasis and dampness by Professor Jiao Anqin based on the theory of Mediation triple energizer method,Especially through the Yiqi Wenyang Jiangzhuo Decotion’s Clinical Efficacy Observation and Security to clarify it’s characteristic,superiority and action mechanism in treating Chronic kidney disease stage3-5 which belongs to Yang deficiency,blood stasis and dampness,objective to exploit new clinical thinking and evidence for the treatment of chronic kidney disease by combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with West Medicine.Method:Select 70 patients who meets the test standard belong to Yang deficiency,blood stasis and dampness were divided by the way of random distribution into treatment group and control group,and each group contains 35 cases.The control group was treated by West Medicine mainly with Uremic Clearance granules,and another group was treated with Yiqi Wenyang Jiangzhuo Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups took 8 weeks as a course of treatment.Observed the change between the before and after’s treatment by these indicators,the total efficacy:TCM syndrome,renal function index(Scr,BUN,e GFR),serum albumin(ALB),24-hour urine protein quantitative(24h UPQ),hemoglobin(HGB)and blood lipid index(TCHO/TG)of the two groups.And evaluated the clinical effect and safety by statistical analysis.Results:Before treatment,the two groups can be compared(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in all laboratory target and TCM syndrome.(1)The total effective:the treatment group were 94.12%,and the control group were 88.23%.And the difference was significant(P<0.01).(2)TCM syndrome efficacy:after treatment,two groups both better than before and the total effective rates of the two groups were 85.29% and 58.83%respectively,the difference was significant(P<0.01).(3)Renal function index:compared with before treatment,Scr,BUN,UA of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.01);after treatment,SCR,UA,GFR of the two groups’ s difference was significant(P<0.05),the experimental group was better than the control group;BUN compared between groups had no significant difference.(4)Hemoglobin:there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)Serum albumin,24 h urinary protein:compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum albumin and 24 h urinary protein in the control group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in serum albumin and 24 h urinary protein in the experimental group(P<0.05);after treatment,there was significant difference in serum albumin between the two groups(P<0.01).(6)Blood lipid index: compared with before,the triglyceride of the control group had no statistical difference(P>0.05),the total cholesterol had statistical difference(P<0.05),the triglyceride and total cholesterol of the experimental group had significant statistical difference(P< 0.01);after treatment,the triglyceride of the two groups had statistical difference(P<0.01),and no significant difference in total cholesterol(P>0.05).Conclusion:The modified Yiqi Wenyang Jiangzhuo Decoction guided by the "Mediation triple energizer method" theory in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 3-5 patients with Yang deficiency,blood stasis,dampness and turbidity,can effectively improve the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine,reduce the inspection index,and has high safety in clinical application without obvious adverse reactions and side effects.
