ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of bloodletting at Well-points combined with massage on the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type Xiangbi(cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type),and compare it with massage treatment, aiming to promote the well-point bloodletting combined with massage for the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type Xiangbi Radicular cervical spondylosis)and try to master its laws to improve the clinical efficacy,to provide a more significant effect for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type(cervical radiculopathy)with a shorter treatment cycle and suitable for clinical promotion The method provides a richer theoretical source and practical basis for the treatment of cervical spondylosis with external treatment of Chinese medicine.MethodsThe 84 patients were admitted and clinically recruited from January 10,2020 to February 15,2021.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of enrollment. The treatment group was treated with well-point bloodletting combined with massage For treatment, the control group was treated with massage. All patients were treated twice a week,4 times as a course of treatment, and the curative effect was evaluated after 2 courses. The quantitative scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,Tanaka Yasuhisa’s cervical spondylotic radiculopathy scale score, and cervical spine active range were compared between the two groups.Use SPSS 19.0 software to analyze the data.Results1.Before treatment, the baseline comparison between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable in age, gender, course of disease, and various scores.2.After treatment, the quantitative scores of TCM symptoms,Yasuji Tanaka’s Cervical Spondylopathy Symptom Scale, and cervical spine active mobility of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05),indicating that the well point bloodletting combined with massage and massage alone Both can improve the symptoms of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type arthralgia. After treatment, there were significant differences in the quantitative scores of TCM symptoms,Tanaka Yasuji’s cervical spondylosis symptom scale, and cervical spine active range of motion after treatment(P<0.05)There were also significant differences in the quantitative scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,Tanaka Yasuji’s Cervical Spondylopathy Symptom Scale, and the difference in cervical spine active range of motion(P<0.05),indicating that well-point bloodletting combined with massage for treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome For patients,it is more effective than massage alone in reducing their clinical symptoms and improving cervical spine mobility. After treatment, the total effective rate was 94.9%in the treatment group and 89.2%in the massage group alone. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but in terms of the effective rate, the effective rate in the treatment group was 76.9%,51.4%higher than the Tuina alone group. There is a significant difference in the comparison of the two groups in significant efficiency(P<0.05).Therefore,the combination of well-point bloodletting combined with Tuina is more effective than Tuina alone in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.ConclusionThe combination of bloodletting at the well point and massage for treating patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type arthralgia is superior to massage therapy alone in improving symptoms and cervical spine mobility, and has certain clinical applicability and promotion significance.
