To Observe The Curative Effect Of Jing Shang Soup On Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis )

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jing shang soup in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(qi stagnation and blood stasis),so as to explore the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Provide different options for clinical treatment.Methods:All cases were CSR patients,who were treated in the orthopedic clinic of our hospital and met the inclusion criteria.By setting up a randomized controlled study,they were divided into observation group(Jing shang soup)and control group(neck pain granules).The relevant data and observation indexes(VAS score,JOA score(20 points),TCM syndrome score method)before treatment,the data obtained at 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment were recorded respectively,and the data of the two groups were statistically processed to draw objective conclusions.Result:The number of effective cases was 79,including 40 in the observation group and39 in the control group.(1)Before treatment,there was no difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups.(2)There were significant differences in visual analogue score(VAS score),JOA score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups before and after treatment,and the P value was less than 0.05.Both groups can improve the symptoms of patients.(3)There were significant differences in VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups at the end of the first and second weeks of treatment,and the P value was less than 0.05.Compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the observation group was better after two weeks of treatment.Conclusion : After clinical trials and analysis of the data obtained,both groups have curative effects and no adverse reactions.Jing shang soup has a clear curative effect and good feasibility in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of qi stagnation and blood stasis type It provides different ideas for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and can be used in clinical practice.
