Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of shallow acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy versus oral pregabalin alone in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia of qi stagnation and blood stasis type, new methods and ideas for clinical treatment of postherpetic neuralgia are provided. Methods:A total of 70 patients with postherpetic neuralgia who met the requirements of this study and were treated in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and the Department of Dermatology of the Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to December 2021 were collected.A randomized controlled trial was used, and 70 subjects were divided into the control group and the treatment group with 35 cases in each. The control group was treated with simple oral pregabalin,75 mg per time,2 times a day,30 days as a course of treatment. The treatment group was treated with shallow acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy, shallow acupuncture once a day,and bloodletting therapy with plum blossom needle percussion cupping and bloodletting, once every 7 days,30 days as a course of treatment. The treatment time of both groups was one course of treatment. Before the treatment, the general conditions of the two groups of patients were collected, and before the first treatment and after the end of the course of treatment, the VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores,T lymphocyte subsets CD3,CD4,CD8 cell contents and CD4/CD8 were measured in the two groups of patients.detection of the ratio. The curative effect was judged according to the improvement of VAS scores in the two groups after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was statistically compared.Statistical analysis of all data was carried out using SPSS25.0 statistical software, taking P<0.05 as the difference being statistically significantResults:1.Before treatment, there were no significant differences in baseline data,VAS score,TCM syndrome score,T lymphocyte subsets CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 ratio between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable.sex.2.In terms of VAS score: both groups can effectively reduce the VAS score, and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the VAS score, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome score: both groups can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score, and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the TCM syndrome score, and the difference was Statistical significance(P<0.05).4.In terms of T lymphocyte subsets CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8: both groups can effectively increase the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8,and reduce the level of CD8,and the differences between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group was better than the control group in increasing the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8,and reducing the level of CD8,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In terms of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.88%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 84.85%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The incidence of adverse reactions: the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 0.00%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 9.10%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Shallow acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy can more effectively improve the VAS score,TCM syndrome score and CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 levels in patients with postherpetic neuralgia of qi stagnation and blood stasis type than oral pregabalin.2.The total effective rate of shallow acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is better than oral pregabalin, with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
