Effect Of Shengmai Huayu Fang On Cardiac Function And Quality Of Life Of Exercise Rehabilitation Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction After PCI

Objective:To appraise the efficacy of Shengmai Huayu Fang on cardiac function and quality of life of exercise rehabilitation patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after PCI of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type by observing the effect of Shengmai Huayu Fang on the scores of four diagnostic information of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),cardiopulmonary function,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),quality of life score and composite endpoint.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,70 patients with AMI after PCI of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type in the Department of Cardiology,Taian Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given standard western medicine treatment combined with exercise rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given Shengmai Huayu Decoction Fang on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 3 months.Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM four diagnostic information,cardiopulmonary function,LVEF,Chinese cardiovascular quality of life questionnaire CQQC score and composite endpoint were observed and recorded.Results:(1)after treatment,the scores of TCM four diagnostic information,6-minute walk test,LVEF and CQQC score in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the improvement of clinical efficacy,the scores of TCM four diagnostic information,6-minute walk test,CQQC score and composite endpoint in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,there was no significant difference in LVEF between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shengmai Huayu Fang has good curative effect in improving clinical efficacy and relieving TCM syndromes,and can improve the cardiopulmonary function,improve the quality of life,increase exercise tolerance,and reduce the readmission rate.After treatment,the LVEF of the observation group was improved,but there was no significant difference between the two groups,which was related to small sample size and short observation time.No serious adverse events occurred during the trial,which reflected the safety of the drug and was worthy of further application and promotion.
