Efficacy Evaluation Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined With Double-antibody In The Treatment Of Acute Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Cerebral Infarction

Objective: The project aims to screen out eligible patients with acute cerebral infarction,and the dialectical syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is used.The treatment method of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with double Antiplatelet aggregation drug(aspirin+ clopidogrel)is compared.Group,record the efficacy scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,using statistical test to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with double-Antiplatelet aggregation drug therapy in patients with acute qi deficiency and blood stasis cerebral infarction,and for the treatment of acute phase with TCM combined with Western medicine Ischemic cerebral infarction provides a safer and more effective treatment plan,and provides assistance for further clinical research and excavation of short-term benefit of acute double-antibiotics,and provides reference for the optimization of clinical drug regimens.Methods:60 patients with acute qi deficiency and blood stasis cerebral infarction who met the clinical diagnostic criteria were included according to the randomized group comparison principle.Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment of cerebral infarction,the control group was given conventional anti-platelettherapy,and the treatment group was given a daily dose of Buyang Huanwu Decoction.All patients completed the safety index and the curative observation index before entering the group.The patients were evaluated for the mid-term and post-treatment efficacy and various indicators.The clinical evaluation parameters included clinical general symptom changes,TCM syndrome changes,neurological deficit scores(NIHSS score),daily living ability(Barthel index score),and safety.Analysis of sexual indicators,etc.Statistical analysis was used to analyze whether the data collected were statistically significant.Results:In terms of improving the clinical efficacy of the disease,the treatment group had a total of 29 patients,8 patients were effective,17 were effective,only 4 patients were ultimately ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.1%;29 patients in the control group and 4patients in the control group.14 cases were effective,11 cases were ultimately invalid,and the total effective rate was only 61.9%.According to statistical analysis,compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significant advantage(P<0.01).In terms of improving the efficacy of TCM syndrome scores,8cases were effective in the treatment group,17 cases were effective,and only 4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.1%;only 3 cases were effective in the control group,16 cases were effective,and the invalid cases were reached.In 10 cases,the total effective rate was 65.4%.There was a significant difference between the two groups in improving the efficacy of TCM syndromes(P<0.05).The treatment group had a significant effect in improving the main symptoms,which was superior to the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the improvement of neurological deficit(NIHSS)was significant(P<0.05).In terms of improving activities of daily living(ADL),the treatment group was significantly more significant than the control group(P<0.05).Recurrence rate and adverse events: There was no significant difference in the two groups,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: This study shows that the use of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with double-Antiplatelet aggregation drug in the treatment of patients with acute qi deficiency and blood stasis cerebral infarction can improve TCM syndrome scores,reduce the pale and dull appearance of the patients,shortness of breath,dizziness,spontaneous sweating,dry mouth and thirst.Dry stools and other clinical symptoms.At the same time,it can improve the symptoms of neurological deficits in patients,improve the self-care ability of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions such as oral mucosal hemorrhage and gastrointestinal bleeding.The recurrence rate of ischemic cerebral infarction has not increased.No serious adverse events occurred during medication and follow-up,and the results were exact.It can be considered that the application of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with double-Antiplatelet aggregation drug in the treatment of acute qi deficiency and blood stasis cerebral infarction is feasible and clinically applicable.
