Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis With Xingshen Zhiyi Recipe And Press Needle Acupuncture At Enuresis Point

Objective: Xingshenzhiyi prescription combined with pressing acupuncture points for enuresis in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency syndromes in children with enuresis,statistical analysis of onset related factors,short-term and long-term curative effects,and provision of evidence-based medicine data and prescriptions for the diagnosis and treatment of children with enuresis Ideas.Methods: Collected children with monosymptomatic enuresis who were admitted to the Pediatric Clinic of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to November 2020,and collected basic information and disease-related factors.Using self-contrast research methods,statistical analysis of symptomatic scores and other data,Observe the short-term and long-term clinical effects of Xingshenzhiyifang combined with pressing needle acupuncture for enuresis in children with enuresis,and provide evidence-based medicine.Result:1.General information: The incidence rate of children with enuresis is more than that of men than women,the ratio is about 1.85:1;the peak age of children with enuresis is 6-9 years old;children with enuresis usually visit in winter;bladder capacity: 85.56% of children with normal bladder capacity,About 8.25% of children have a small bladder capacity,and 6.19% of children have excessive nocturia2.Disease curative effect: After 8 weeks of treatment,52 cases(53.62%)were clinically cured;2 cases were markedly effective(2.06%);20 cases were effective(20.06%);23 cases were ineffective(23.71%),the cure rate was 53.62%,and the total effective rate was 76.29 %.3.Evaluation of curative effect of TCM symptoms: After 8 weeks of treatment,33 cases(34.02%)were clinically cured;27 cases(27.84%)were markedly effective;26 cases were effective(26.80%);11 cases were ineffective(11.34%).4.The traditional Chinese medicine Xingshen Zhiyi Recipe combined with pressing acupuncture points for enuresis has a definite effect in reducing the amount and frequency of night urine in children and improving sleep and wakefulness.5.Follow-up: The recovered and markedly effective children were followed up 1 year after the drug was discontinued,and 1 relapsed.6.Adverse reactions: None of the children had any adverse reactions.Conclusion: Xingshen Zhiyi Recipe combined with pressing needle acupuncture at enuresis points has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in children with enuresis.The prescription can treat triple energies,invigorate the kidney and promote the spleen,promote the lung and wake the spirit,and can effectively reduce night urine output and improve sleep Awakening provides new ideas and evidence-based medical data for optimizing the TCM syndrome differentiation treatment plan of spleen and kidney deficiency in children with enuresis.
