Tiandiren Sancai Combinative Acupoints Method Moxibustion For The Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis (Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type) Clinical Research

Objective: This study compares and analyzes the difference in clinical curative effect between Tiandiren Sancai combinative acupoints method moxibustion combined with Xingpi Yanger granule and simple Xingpi Yanger granule in the treatment of infantile enuresis(spleen and kidney deficiency type),and explores the effect of moxibustion on children with Tiandiren Sancai combinative acupoints method.The impact of enuresis treatment provides new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study,the 72 children with spleen and kidney deficiency type enuresis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 36 cases each.A total of 6 cases were dropped and excluded during the treatment,32 cases of control group were completed and 34 cases were completed in the treatment group.The control group was treated with simple Xingpi Yanger granules,and the treatment group was treated with Sancai combinative acupoints moxibustion on this basis.The moxibustion points were Baihui,Qihai,and Zusanli(bilateral),mild moxibustion for 10 minutes at each point,5 days of treatment,2days of rest,4 weeks of treatment in total.The two groups of children were scored on TCM syndromes before and after treatment,and then statistically processed to draw conclusions.Results:1.General data evaluation: Before treatment,the two groups of children were compared and analyzed in terms of gender,age,scores of major and minor symptoms,and total scores of TCM syndromes.The differences were not statistically significant.2.Evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndromes:(1)TCM syndrome score efficacy:the two groups have an improvement effect on the major and minor syndrome scores and the total score of TCM syndromes,and the treatment group has the better efficacy(P<0.05).(2)The total curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.29%;the total effective rate of the control group was 71.88%,and the total curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Safety evaluation: During the treatment period,the two groups of children did not have any adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.The two groups have therapeutic effects on children with enuresis(spleen and kidney deficiency type).The treatment group reduces the TCM syndrome score more obviously and has better curative effect.2.Tiandiren Sancai combinative acupoints method moxibustion has the effect of treating infantile enuresis(spleen and kidney deficiency type),and it is safe in clinical application.
