Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Facial Flat Wart With Wind-heat Toxin Accumulation By Bianhou Xifang

Objective:Early active and effective treatment of flat warts can prevent the infection of the virus early,shorten the course of the disease,and reduce the production of post-inflammatory pigmentation.By Bianhou Xifang type heat treatment of facial of wind-heat toxin accumulate the clinical effect of the treatment of flat warts,explore the traditional Chinese medicine outside the mechanism of the treatment of flat warts,flat wart for TCM clinical treatment provide a certain amount of data,to seek for the effective therapy of traditional Chinese medicines,safe,simple,and easy to provide new ideas.Methods:60 patients with flat warts on the face of wind-heat toxin accumulation were divided according to random number table method points treatment group and control group,30 cases in treatment group in oral jade screen particles,mannan peptides based on joint Bianhou Xifang topical treatment,control group by oral jade screen particles,mannan peptide treatment based on joint Ada palin gel coating,2 weeks for a period of treatment,a total of observing four course of treatment.Using SPASS23.0 for data analysis,the study of two groups of clinical curative effect with or without statistical significance.Results:The total effective rate in both groups by chi-square X~2=9.017,P=0.03<0.05,indicating that the treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group.The two groups after treatment the total points by two independent sample rank and inspection,Z=3.607,P=0.000<0.05,which indicates that the effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Two groups of the main symptom integral by the rank and inspection,the quantity of skin lesions,skin lesion size,skin color,skin thickness on P values<0.05,indicating that the treatment group in the curative effect is superior to the control group.However,the P value of the two groups in terms of isomorphic reaction and pruritus was greater than 0.05,indicating that the treatment group and the control group had similar effects in terms of isomorphic reaction and pruritus.Conclusion:The external use of Bianhou Xifang combined with Yupingfeng granules and Mannan peptide capsules in the treatment group,compared with the control group,the external use of Adapalene gel combined with Yupingfeng granules and Mannan peptide capsules have achieved certain results.However,the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of total effective rate,total score and symptom score.
