Objective:To analyze the characteristics of high-normal blood pressure TCM syndrome distribution with clinical epidemiology method. Methods:Using questionnaire to survey353cases of high-normal blood pressure patients using expert syndrome differentiation, determining disease-bit, TCM syndrome distribution, and TCM syndrome factor distribution. Input data with the software of Microsoft Excel2003, statistical analysis software is SAS9.2, statistical methods are factor analysis and cluster analysis. Results:Syndrome of deficiency of gan-yin and shen-yin are114cases,32.3%; intermingled phlegm and blood stasis are108cases,30.6%; stagnation of gan qi are72cases,20.4%; phlegm wet inside are53cases,15%; shen essence deficiency are39cases,11%; hyperactivity of gan-yang are37cases,10.5%; blood stasis resistance are21cases,5.9%; imbalance of yin and yang are19cases,5.4%; insufficiency of kidney-yang are14cases,4%; turbidity resistance pixu (spleen deficient) are6cases,1.7%; deficiency of qi and xue are4cases,1.1%. Statistical results of software show that stagnation of gan qi, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, Phlegm wet inside, Imbalance of qi and xue, deficiency of pi and shen, deficiency of gan-yin and shen-yin, insufficiency of shen-yang are commom patterns of syndrome. Thus it can be seen that stagnation of gan qi, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, Phlegm wet inside, deficiency of gan-yin and shen-yin are important patterns of syndrome. High-normal blood pressureTCM syndrome factor distribution:blood stasis are156cases,44.2%; phlegm are205cases,32.6%; deficiency of yin141cases,39.9%; deficiency of yang115cases,32.6%; stagnation of the circulation of vital energy111cases,31.4%; nutrients loss77cases,21.8%; deficiency of yang40cases,11.3%; deficiency of qi32,9.1%; deficiency of xue4cases,1.1%. The disease-bit are majored in gan, pi, shen.Conclusions:1.High-normal blood pressure TCM syndrome type distribution contain deficiency of gan-yin and shen-yin, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, stagnation of gan qi; empirical evidence is given priority to with phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction, deficiency syndrome is given priority to with gan and shen yin deficiency. The pathogenesis nature belongs to the virtual to real, blood stasis throughout. 2.The factor analysis and cluster analysis of Results show that TCM syndrome distribution of353cases of high-normal blood pressure patients are majored in some patterns of syndrome including intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, stagnation of gan qi; Phlegm wet inside, Imbalance of qi and xue, deficiency of pi and shen, deficiency of gan-yin and shen-yin, insufficiency of shen-yang.3.Statistical results of expert dialectical and software show that some syndrome distribution of353cases of high-normal blood pressure patients are common in deficiency of gan-yin and shen-yin, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, stagnation of gan qi; phlegm wet inside, nutrients loss, insufficiency of shen-yang, blood stasis resistance and imbalance of yin and yang.4.Study on TCM syndrome distribution of353cases of high-normal blood pressure patients with clinical epidemiology method, has the vital significance of exploring blood pressure syndrome standardization and preventing high blood pressure.
