| Research background:Cardiovascular disease which covers 40%of the total death is the leading cause of residents in our country.In recent years,cardiovascular disease has new characteristics of epidemic trend in our country.Firstly,Mortality and morbidity of Ischemic cardiovascular disease show clear rising trend.Secondly,the prevalence rate of men crowd is increasing significantly.The average patient has been trending younger at the same time.Thirdly,mortality and morbidity in rural community is rising obviously which is higher than the urban people.Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common type of atherosclerosis which lead to organ lesions.It's greatly threatening the human health.The incidence of CHD is higher in age of the group over 40,and male earlier than female.It's high incidence in economically advanced country.According to the clinical manifestations of angina pectoris in CHD,it's mostly belong to "chest discomfort" or "heartache" in the traditional Chinese medicine.All previous dynasties scholars have different understanding of angina pectoris in CHD.There have been many different experiences of syndrome differentiation and treatment since the ancient times.The cause of angina pectoris is connected with many factors in the traditional Chinese medicine.Such as pathogenic cold,improper diet,emotional internal injuries,overstrain and asthenia.Heart is the pathogenic site.But the disease is also closely related to the other viscera.The pathogenesis is heart vessel blockage stasis and deficient root with overdo superficial.The main pathogenic factors include congealing cold,blood stasis,phlegm,qi stagnation,and so on.But the root of the disease is qi and blood,yin and yang deficiency.The treatment of chest discomfort is distinguishing between primary and secondary.The therapeutic schedule of angina pectoris,which has an exact effect,is relatively mature in western medicine.Lots of clinical observation showed that,the using of traditional Chinese medicine or preparation has more significant effect than western medicine.They are also have less poisonous side effect.The traditional Chinese medicine can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce mortality.Research objectives:Professor Xie has rich clinical experience for nearly forty years.He has been committed to the treatment of miscellaneous disease.He has rich experience in the treatment of coronary heart disease at the same time,and has the significant therapeutic effect.So it's our duty to summary and conclude his academic ideology.This paper recommends his academic ideology in the treatment of angina pectoris as the main part.Research methods:In this study,70 cases were selected at the Dalian Central Hospital of Dalian Medical University from November 2014 to December 2016.They were diagnosed as unstable angina pectoris and "chest pain"(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome).Using random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each contains 35 cases.Treatment group used conventional therapy and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Tong Bi Yang Xin)treatment.The control group only used the conventional therapy.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The differences of the therapeutic effect between the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated by the Seattle angina questionnaire and symptoms of TCM.And based on the analysis of the clinical case,and the comparison of clinical manifestations before and after treatment,we summed up the experience of professor Xie on the treatment of coronary heart disease.It will inherit and develop the experience of our tutor in a great extent.The traditional Chinese medicine will play a great advantage on the treatment of CHD in the future.Result:In this study,we collected 70 patients which were divided into two groups.There was no significant difference in gender composition,age and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes of both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).Among them,the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the Seattle angina questionnaire we evaluated the efficacy of the treatment,we compared the curative effect of the two group before and after the treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of the two groups were increased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significant changes in the physical limitation,the stable state and the frequency of angina events(P = 0.000,0.005,0.006,P<0.05).Conclusion:Professor Xie has a unique dialectical thought and rich experience in treatment of angina pectoris in CHD.And the effect of Tong Bi Yang Xin Decoction combined with medicine is remarkable which can alleviate the symptoms effectively and improve the living quality of patients.The clinical experience of tutor is worth being learn and applicate. |
