Effect Of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction On Ambulatory Blood Pressure In Elderly Patients With Ventricular Premature Contraction Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: This study aims to observe the effect of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction on ambulatory blood pressure and clinical efficacy in elderly patients with coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beats,to explore the intervention of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction on ambulatory blood pressure and its possible mechanism of action,and to treat Huanglian Ejiao Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.To evaluate the clinical safety and effectiveness of patients with ventricular premature beats.Methods: The patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the randomized control method.On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,the experimental group was treated with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction,and the control group was treated with Metoprolol sustained-release tablets.Observation treatment The scores of TCM syndromes,the number of ventricular premature beats,the related indicators of ambulatory blood pressure,and the safety indicators of the two groups of patients were evaluated for efficacy.Results: 1.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: After treatment,the total TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before.At the same time,the scores of the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01);The improvement of symptoms was not statistically significant,and the improvement of other individual symptoms was different(p<0.05);2.Comparison of the number of ventricular premature beats: After treatment,the number of ventricular premature beats in the two groups decreased compared with the previous one,and the decrease in the test group was more obvious,which was statistically different compared with the control group(p<0.01);3.Comparison of related indexes of ambulatory blood pressure: After treatment,the average 24 h SBP,24 h average DBP,SBP CV,SBP BPL,DBP BPL,24 h PP and DBP CV of the experimental group decreased compared with the previous one,and the DBP CV of the control group did not change significantly.Conclusion: Huanglian Ejiao Decoction can significantly improve the TCM clinical symptoms of elderly coronary heart disease patients with ventricular premature beats,and it has positive significance for ambulatory blood pressure indicators.
