Clinical Observation On External Washing Of Qudu Decoction For Low Anal Fistula With Damp-heat Downward Injection

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qudu Decoction on wound healing of low simple anal fistula after damp-heat injection.Methods:70 cases of patients with low simple anal fistula after damp-heat injection were randomly divided into 2 groups,35 cases in each group.The observation group was Qudu decoction group,and the control group was Kangfuxin fluid group.Two groups of anal fistula patients were given the same surgical treatment and the same routine treatment after the operation.On this basis,patients in the observation group were externally washed by Qudu Decoction before dressing change every day,and patients in the control group were externally washed by Kangfuxin liquid every day.The wound pain,exudation,granulation tissue growth and wound healing rate on the 3rd,7th,14 th and 21 st day after surgery were observed and recorded in 2 groups,and the time required for wound healing was recorded in 2 groups.The overall efficacy of the two groups was observed on the 28 th day after surgery.SPSS22.0software was used to analyze the results.Results: There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease and initial wound area between the two groups(P<0.05),showing comparability.The relief of wound pain in the observation group was better than that in the control group on day 3,7 and 14(P<0.05).The exudation of wound secretion on day 3 and 7 was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The granulation growth and wound healing rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group on days 7,14 and 21(P<0.05).And the wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.On the 28 th day after operation,the cure rate of the observation group was 94.29%,and that of the control group was 82.86%.The overall effective rate of the two groups was 100%(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: After the operation of low simple anal fistula with dampness-heat injection type,the pain and exudation can be effectively relieved by Qudu Decoction plus or minus the external washing of the wound,the growth of the wound granulation tissue is accelerated,the time of complete epithelialization of the wound is shortened,and no adverse reactions are observed in clinical observation,so it can be popularized and applied in clinic.
