Clinical Study On Jiangni Huatan Decoction In The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis Of Qi Reverse And Phlegm Blocking Type

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Jiangni Huatan decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(reflux esophagitis,RE)with qi reflux and phlegm obstruction,and to explore and analyze the mechanism of Jiangni Huatan decoction,so as to provide objective basis for clinical treatment.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,60 patients with reflux of qi and phlegm obstruction in the Department of Digestive Endoscopy of Shandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with Jiangni Huatan Decoction,and patients in the control group were treated with western medicine(Rabeprazole enteric-dissolved capsule combined with Mosapril citrate tablet).Both groups were treated with two courses of treatment(4 weeks as a course).The changes of TCM syndrome scores,changes and grades of mucosal injury under gastroscopy in the two groups after two courses of medication were observed and analyzed,and the safety and adverse reactions of treatment in the two groups were evaluated and compared.Data processing and analysis were performed using STATA 14.0 in the study.Results: 1.In terms of total clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.1%,and that of the control group was 90%.After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the total symptom scores between the two groups(Z=-2.038,P<0.05).Therefore,Jiangni Huatan Decoction is more effective in the treatment of Qi-inverse phlegm obstruction type RE.2.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: the effective rates of the test group and the control group were 96.55% and 90%,respectively,indicating that Jiangni Huatan Decoction was superior to western medicine in improving TCM syndromes(Z=-2.329,P<0.05),and the improvements in the symptoms of acid reflux,heartburn,and gas better(both |Z | ≧ 2.019,P<0.05);The two groups had the same effect in improving thoracic puffmancy(Z=-3.048,P=0.002).3.Efficacy of gastroscopy: the effective rate of the experimental group was96.55%,and that of the control group was 93.33%.There was no significant difference in endoscopic efficacy between the two groups after treatment(Z=-1.824,P>0.05),indicating that the endoscopic efficacy of the two groups was similar.4.Safety and adverse reactions:no adverse reactions were reported in the two groups during the treatment follow-up,and relevant safety indicators were all within the safe range.Conclusion: Jiangni Huatan decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and promote the healing of esophageal mucosa in the treatment of RE with qi reverse and phlegm obstruction,which can be further studied and popularized.
