Clinical Efficacy Observation On Shuyu Jiangni Prescription In The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis Of Qi Depression And Phlegm Obstruction Syndrome

Objective: Through randomized controlled clinical study,the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuyu Jiangni Prescription in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with qi depression and phlegm obstruction Syndrome were observed and analyzed,in order to provide reference for the evidence-based treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Sixty-six patients with qi depression and phlegm obstruction reflux esophagitis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The observation group was given Shuyu Jiangni Prescription,one dose a day,two times in the morning and evening after meals.The control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets 10 mg,twice a day,taken in the morning on an empty stomach and at bedtime,and domperidone tablets 10 mg,three times a day,taken 30 minutes before meals,both groups were treated for 8weeks.Observation and analysis of the changes in TCM symptom score,endoscopic grading and RDQ scale score before and after treatment in the two groups.Recurrence rate was evaluated by recording the RDQ scale scores of treatment effective patients at a follow-up visit 4 weeks after the end of treatment.All data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:1 In terms of the efficacy of the TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%,which was better than that of the control group at 87.88%(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in improving the primary and secondary symptoms of throat discomfort such as phlegm obstruction,chest discomfort,heartburn and acid reflux,belching or reflux,dysphagia,epigastric fullness,emotional depression or irritability(P<0.05).The observation group and the control group had similar efficacy in improving hoarseness and midnight cough(P>0.05).2 In terms of the efficacy of gastroscopy,the efficacy rate of the observation group was 96.97% and that of the control group was 90.91%,which was comparable to that of the control group(P>0.05).3 In terms of RDQ scale scores,the observation group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).4 In terms of long-term efficacy,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 16.13%,compared with 41.38% in the control group,with better long-term efficacy in the observation group(P<0.05).5 In terms of safety and adverse reactions,there were no adverse reactions during and after treatment in the two groups,and there were no significant abnormal changes in relevant safety indicators.Conclusion: Shuyu Jiangni Prescription is a safe and effective prescription for the treatment of qi depression and phlegm obstruction reflux esophagitis,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of esophageal mucosa,low recurrence rate and high drug safety,and it has clinical promotion and application value.
