Purpose:To observe the effect of "qingfeng jiangni decoction" in treatment reflux esophagitis combined with cold and heat, improvement was observed in patients with endoscopic improve the situation in the RE and symptom scores of cases, the evaluation of "breeze Jiangni soup" mixed cold and heat treatment type Reflux esophagitis efficacy and safety.Methods:72 cases of reflux esophagitis (RE) which came from Xiamen Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine were Selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into two groups randomly.36 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group of 36 patients. On the basis of lifestyle intervention, the treatment group to the medicine "qingfeng jiangni decoction", the control group were treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets 10mg bid (morning and evening meals), Mosapride 5mg tid (three meals before);Both group were taking 8 weeks. Observed and recorded once symptoms before and after treatment, according to the symptoms three months after the withdrawal, review criteria for evaluating electronic gastroscope as efficacy.Results:1.A total of 72 patients were enrolled into the study and 69 patients completed the treatment with a withdraw rate of 4.10%. The treatment group loss 1 cases while the control group loss 2 case.2.Three-month after treatment, review of electronic endoscopy, the treatment group was 80.00%,73.52% in the control group. There were significant differences (P<0.05) betweent two groups.The effect of symptoms after treatment, the treatment group was 85.71%,76.47% in the control group effect, both effects were compared statistically significant (P<0.05)3. Comparison in each group before and after treatment:in treatment group, the symptoms such as acid reflux, heartburn, dry mouth, mouth pain, chest pain and other symptoms had shown very significant improvement (P<0.01), bloating, epigastric pain, anorexia, chills, and other symptoms have improved (P<0.05). while noisy had not shown significant improvement (P>0.05). In control group:acid reflux, chest pain symptoms improved significantly (P<0.01), heartburn, fullness, epigastric pain symptoms have improved (P<0.05), noisy, anorexia, dry mouth, mouth pain and cold limbs cold and other obvious symptoms (P> 0.05).4. No difference (P>0.05) treatment of various clinical symptoms before the two groups. After treatment in chest pain, anorexia, cold cold limbs and other symptoms, the two groups were statistically significant differences (P<0.01), improvement in the treatment group after chest pain, anorexia, cold limbs and other cold symptoms than the control group; the symptoms of acid reflux, heartburn, epigastric pain, dry mouth, mouth pain, fullness, etc., the two groups there were significant differences (P<0.05), indicating the treatment group than in improving symptoms than the control group had the advantage; and improve symptoms noisy no significant difference (P>0.05), described the two groups had no significant improvement in symptoms noisy differences.Conclusion:1. Chinese medicine "qingfeng jiangni decoction" treatment of reflux esophagitis effective than western medicine.2. In improving patients acid reflux, heartburn, epigastric pain, dry mouth, mouth pain, bloating, chest pain, anorexia, cold cold limbs and other symptoms that "qingfeng jiangni decoction" is better than western medicine.3. The therapy of "qingfeng jiangni decoction" is safe and reliable for reflux esophagitis.
