| Objective: By comparing the improvement of Xiaochaihu Decoction and mosapride citrate tablets on the clinical symptoms,quality of life,anxiety and depression of patients with functional dyspepsia due to incoordination between Liver and Stomach,objectively evaluate the curative effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia which provides a basis for clinical application.Methods:Using a randomized controlled trial,60 patients with livergastric discordant functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Xiao Chaihu Decoction,and the control group was treated with mosapbit citrate tablets,each group was treated for 4 weeks.Observe the changes of TCM syndromes,single main symptoms,NDLQI,anxiety and depression state before and after treatment in the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Results:(1)Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndromes: After testing,the scores of the two groups before treatment are not statistically different(P>0.05),and the scores of the two groups are comparable;compared with those before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups after treatment Both decreased,and the difference was statistically significant after testing(P<0.05).Both groups could improve the TCM syndromes of patients;after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups were compared,and there was a statistical difference after testing(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of the treatment group decreased even more.(2)Comparison of the individual symptom scores of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: After testing,the scores of individual TCM syndromes of the two groups were compared before treatment,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The two groups were comparable;the two groups were swollen after treatment.The scores of individual TCM symptoms such as fullness or pain,fullness of both sides,belching,sighing,heartburn,and pantothenic acid were all lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the scores of upset symptoms,the control group after treatment Compared with before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the treatment group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the control group has no significant improvement effect on the upset symptoms.All other single TCM syndromes can be improved,and the treatment group can improve each single TCM syndrome.Comparing the scores of individual TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment,the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group for symptoms such as gastric fullness or pain,fullness of the flanks,heartburn,pantothenic acid,and sigh.The difference was statistically significant after testing.Significance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the scores of belching symptoms after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group had symptoms such as fullness or pain in the gastric cavity,fullness of both flanks,heartburn,pantothenic acid,and sighs.The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,and the two have the same curative effect in belching symptoms.(3)Comparison of efficacy evaluation of individual main symptoms: After treatment,the scores of postprandial fullness,early satiety,epigastric pain,and epigastric burning sensation in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);fullness after the meal The effective rate of the uncomfortable treatment group is 100%,and the effective rate of the control group is 82.76%.After testing,there is a statistical difference(P<0.05);the effective rate of the treatment group is 96.55%,and the effective rate of the control group is 79.31%.There is a difference Statistically significant(P<0.05);in the upper abdominal pain the treatment group had an effective rate of 93.10%,and the control group had an effective rate of 68.97%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the upper abdomen burning sensation,the treatment group had an effective rate of96.55 %,the effective rate of the control group is 75.86%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group has better efficacy than the control in terms of postprandial fullness,early satiety,epigastric pain,and epigastric burning.group.(4)Comparison of the efficacy evaluation of Nipin quality of life: The NDLQI scores of the two groups before treatment were tested,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The NDLQI scores of the two groups were comparable;the NDLQI scores of the treatment group and the control group after the treatment were higher The improvement before treatment has statistically significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that both the treatment group and the control group drugs can increase the patient’s NDLQI score,and both can improve the patient’s quality of life;compare the NDLQI scores of the two groups after treatment,and the difference is statistically significant Academic significance(P<0.05),the increase in points of the treatment group is greater than that of the control group.(5)Comparison of HAMA and HAMD scores: comparing the HAMA/HAMD scores of the treatment group and the control group before treatment,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the HAMA/HAMD scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before the treatment,and the scores of the treatment group decreased to a greater degree.The comparison was statistically different(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can reduce the patient’s HAMA/HAMD score,And the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion: Xiaochaihu Decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of liver-stomach discordant functional dyspepsia,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life of patients.It can be used in clinical applications. |
