Objective: This topic takes the meridian walking cupping combined with acupuncture as the research object, through experimental controlled studies, observes and compares its clinical efficacy, and clarifies the clinical significance of the liver-stagnation qi stagnation type premenstrual syndrome with acupuncture. Methods: From January 2010 to January 2021,from the outpatient clinics of the First Affiliated Hospital and Ren’ai Branch of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients with premenstrual syndrome(PMS)with liver stagnation and qi stagnation were selected. They were randomly divided into acupuncture combined with meridian walking cupping group(treatment group)30 cases,Chinese medicine group(control group)30 cases. In the treatment group, acupuncture treatment of Baihui,Hegu(double),Taichong(double),Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao(double)combined with the Du Channel and the first lateral line of the bladder meridian, followed by the meridian, acupuncture treatment once every other day, followed by the meridian The canister was treated once every 3 days;the control group was given oral Chaihu Shugan Powder plus or minus treatment,1 dose per day, warmed in the morning and evening after meals. Both groups of patients started treatment 10 days before menstrual cramps, and ended when menstrual cramps, and were treated for a total of 3 menstrual cycles.Use the TCM Syndrome Score,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)to compare before and after treatment, and finally evaluate the clinical efficacy, perform statistical analysis on the results, and clarify the combination of acupuncture and meridian The curative effect and advantages of cupping in the treatment of this disease. Results: In the course of treatment,1 case fell off in the treatment group,2cases fell off in the control group, and 57 cases were finally completed. The patients who finally completed the treatment will be statistically analyzed, and the results are as follows:1.Comparison before treatment: There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment in age, course of disease, degree of illness, total score of TCM syndrome, various scores of TCM syndrome,SAS score, and SDS score(P>0.05),and clinical comparisons can be made.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:(1)In terms of total scores of TCM syndromes: there are significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment between the two groups, the reduction in the treatment group is greater than that of the control group. There is a significant difference(P<0.05).(2)In terms of the scores of TCM syndromes: After treatment, the scores of all symptoms of the treatment group were lower than before, with significant differences(P<0.05);the control group except for abdominal distension, headache, and dry mouth and throat syndrome scores Compared with the previous comparison, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),and the scores of other symptoms were significantly different(P<0.05).3.SAS score comparison: The SAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment, the SAS scores of the two groups were compared between the groups, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).4.SDS score comparison: The SDS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment, the SDS scores of the two groups were compared between the groups, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).5.Clinical efficacy comparison: 3 cases were cured clinically,15 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective in the treatment group. The total effective rate was 96.55%;in the control group,0 cases were cured clinically,4 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective, and 8 cases were ineffective. The effective rate was71.43%,and the total curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with acupuncture along the meridian to treat premenstrual syndrome with stagnation of liver and qi has a positive effect,is safe and reliable, and is easy to be accepted by patients, which can provide new ideas for the clinic.
