Study On The Medication Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of CAP On Data Mining

Objective: Through collating the clinical cases in the respiratory medicine department of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese medicine,the data mining technology is used to systematically analyze the traditional Chinese medicine data involved in the cases,to explore the rules of Chinese medicine treatment of CAP,and to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods:(1)Collecting the data of 280 cases in the respiratory medicine department of our hospital from October 2018 to December2020,the according to the proposed document inclusion and exclusion criteria,the finally included cases are used to establish the data.Data cleaning of the finally included cases,and a database of Chinese medicine is established to conduct statistics on the frequency,type,flavor and meridian tropism of the recorded traditional Chinese medicine by using Excel 2010 software.(2)Then using Apriori algorithm in SPSS clementine 14.1 software to make association rules analysis about the core drugs in the respiratory medicine department of our hospital.(3)Using the data mining software SPSS Statistic 23.0 to make factor analysis about the core drugs in the respiratory medicine department of our hospital.(4)Using the data mining software SPSS Statistic 23.0 to make cluster analysis about the core drugs in the respiratory medicine department of our hospital.Results:(1)Among the 280 prescriptions included,there were 101 male patients and 179 female patients.Most of them were over 60 years old.(2)Among the 280 prescriptions included in the study,a total of 195 traditional Chinese medicines are involved,and the top 7 drugs are Gancao(Glycyrrhizae uralensis Fisch),Fabanxia(Pinellia ternate Breit),Fuling(Poria cocos Wolf),Chenpi(Citrus reticulata Blanco),Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala Koida),Jiegeng(Platycodon grandi florum),Renshen(Panax ginseng mey).Among them,the three properties are mainly concentrated in temperature,slightly cold and slightly temperature,the five flavors are mainly concentrated in sweet,hot and bitter.The meridians are mainly belonged to the lung,spleen and stomach.Frequency analysis showed that the main drugs in the treatment of CAP are nourishing qi drugs,expectorant drugs,relieving exterior disorder drugs and asthmatic drugs.(3)According to the association rule analysis of core drugs,the two groups with the highest confidence were almond“Gancao(Glycyrrhizae uralensis Fisch)→Renshen(Panax ginseng mey)and Chenpi(Citrus reticulata Blanco)(100%)”,“Gancao(Glycyrrhizae uralensis Fisch)→Renshen(Panax ginseng mey)and Chenpi(Citrus reticulata Blanco)and Fabanxia(Pinellia ternate Breit)(100%)”.(4)According to the factors analysis of core drugs,14 kinds of common factors are obtained and the accumulative contribution rate is 67.452%.(5)By the cluster analysis obtained nine clustering results.Conclusion: Through the retrospective study of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the department of respiratory medicine of our hospital for the treatment of CAP,using data mining technology,we preliminary summarized the medicine rules in the treatment of CAP:(1)the main drugs in the treatment of CAP were nourishing qi drugs,expectorant drugs,relieving exterior disorder drugs and asthmatic drugs.And the top 7 drugs were Gancao,Fabanxia,Fuling,Chenpi,Baizhu,Jiegeng,Renshen.Experience of treating CAP in our hospital solve the exterior syndrome,phlegm syndrome,heat syndrome,dampness syndrome,regulate the qi,replenish qi,dissipate blood stasis,nourish yin as the basic treatment.(2)According to the association rule analysis of core drugs,the two groups with the highest confidence were almond “Gancao→Renshen and Chenpi”,“Gancao→Renshen and Chenpi and Fabanxia”.From the factor analysis obtained couplet pharmacies were Wumei-Wuweizi,Baidoukou-Yiyiren-Sharen,Kuandonghua-Ziwan,Muhudie-Baibu-Xingren,HuangqiBaizhu,Chenpi-Fuling-Fabanx,Mahuang-Shegan,Baishao-Guizhi,Jiegeng-Zhiqiao.(3)By the cluster analysis obtained the commonly used prescriptions were,Zhisou powder,Shegan Mahuang decoction,Erchen decoction,Sanren decoction,Guizhi decoction and Yupingfeng powder.
