Based On Data Mining To Explore The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Masters "Treatment From Phlegm"

Purpose:Through the data mining and statistical analysis of the prescriptions of TCM masters’ treatment from phlegm,this paper explores the medication characteristics and rules of TCM masters’ treatment from phlegm,in order to play a guiding role in the clinical prescription of TCM when treat from phlegm.Material and method:Through the monographs and current periodicals stored in the Chinese knowledge network,Wanfang,VEP database and Library of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine,the medical cases of Chinese medical masters from phlegm treatment are widely collected.The prescription drugs in medical cases are analyzed and analyzed by using the software of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance and calculation platform,and then the results are analyzed and discussed in combination with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.In this study,a total of 440 literatures from 60 Chinese medical masters were collected,including 646 medical cases involving 212 kinds of diseases,646 complete prescriptions of Chinese medical masters were obtained from medical cases,involving 542 kinds of drugs and recording 8814 times of drug frequency.2.The gender and age of patients,common disease types,commonly used drug types,nature,taste,meridian tropism and efficacy distribution of drugs,commonly used drug combinations and 8 prescriptions based on cluster analysis were obtained.3.84 complete prescriptions of TCM master for treating chest pain from phlegm were obtained.The commonly used drugs,the nature,taste,meridians and efficacy distribution of drugs,the commonly used drug combinations and 6 prescriptions for treating chest pain from phlegm based on cluster analysis were obtained.Conclusion:1.Most of the diseases treated by TCM masters from phlegm are heart and brain diseases,among which chest pain is the most common.Most of the patients were male,and most of them were middle-aged patients.The characteristics of drugs were cold and warm,mainly bitter,sweet and pungent.The drugs were mainly attributed to lung,spleen,liver,stomach and heart meridians.The main drugs are tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating qi,and these five kinds of drugs reflect the TCM master’s thought of treating from phlegm.2.The most commonly used drugs of TCM masters from phlegm are banxia,and the most commonly used drug pairs are banxia and fuling;the most commonly used Jiaoyao are banxia,fuling and chenpi;the main changes of TCM masters from phlegm are Erchen decoction,Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and Wendan Decoction.According to the specific characteristics of chest pain,the most commonly used medicine of TCM masters in treating chest pain from phlegm is gualou,which ranks first with banxia;the most commonly used drug pairs are banxia and gualou;while the most commonly used drugs are from Gualou,xiebai,banxia decoction,Erchen decoction and Xiaoxianxiong decoction when Chinese medicine masters treat chest pain from phlegm.3.The 8 prescriptions of treatment from phlegm and 6 prescriptions of treating chest pain from phlegm are consistent with the basic requirements of prescription compatibility and the medication rules from phlegm.
