Clinical Research On The Effect Of "Fenghu" As The Main Point Through The Governer Meridian With Steering Qi Method On Chronic Cough Of Wind Lurking In Lung Type

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of"Fenghu" as the main point through the governer meridian with steering qi method on chronic cough of wind lurking in lung type,and further discussed the internal mechanism of treat the wind lurking in lung type chronic cough,eventually find a method who can replace the conventional find acupuncture therapy is simple,safe,effective and easy to promote treatment,in order to improve the clinical curative effect,improve the patients quality of life.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,a total of 60 patients diagnosed with chronic cough of wind lurking in lung type were selected from the Acupuncture and Respiratory Department of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the National Physician Hall of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the acupuncture and moxibustion department of Gulou District Jiangdong Community Health Service Center were collected.Then,the included patients were divided into the treatment group("Fenghu" is the main point through the governer meridian with steering qi method)and the control group(conventional acupoint selection acupuncture),with 30 cases in each group.The patients were treated once every other day for 2 weeks.The scores of Cough Symptom,VAS and Leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ)before and after treatment were counted respectively,and the data were input into SPSS26.0 for statistical analysis,and the two groups were compared in terms of cough and psychological effects.Results:1.After statistical analysis,there was no statistical significance in the baseline analysis of general conditions and the comparison of scale scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which could be compared.2.Intra-group comparison:The scores of Cough Symptom scores and VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the values were significantly decreased,while LCQ(psychological score and total score)were significantly increased compared with those before and after treatment,with statistical significance in the same group(P<0.05).3.The comparison between groups:After treatment in both groups,cough total integral in the daytime,VAS score and LCQ(psychological score and total score)comparison(P<0.05),in a night cough integral comparison(P>0.05).The results show that the treatment group used methods had obvious effects on the improvement of cough symptoms,subjective cough severity and anxiety state,and is superior to the control group;However,the two groups had similar efficacy in relieving nocturnal cough symptoms.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group(90%)was higher than the total effective rate of the control group(66.67%).Statistical analysis of the data showed that the comparison between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Both "Fenghu" as the main point through the governer meridian with steering qi method and conventional acupoint acupuncture are effective in the treatment of chronic cough of wind lurking in lung type.2.Compared with the control group,the treatment group("Fenghu" is the main point through the governer meridian with steering qi method)had more obvious effect on the symptoms,psychology and prognosis of the patients with chronic cough of wind lurking in lung type.
