Clinical Effect Of Jieyu Baihe Decoction In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Depression Of Liver Depression And Kidney Deficiency Type

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jieyu Baihe Decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression of liver depression and kidney deficiency type,to study its mechanism of action,and to explore the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of post-stroke depression,in order to enrich the experience of TCM treatment.Methods:70 patients with post-stroke depression of liver depression and kidney deficiency type were selected from the Department of encephalopathy of Tai’an Hospital of TCM from December2019 to December 2020.They were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were given basic drug treatment for stroke,35 patients in the control group were given paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,and35 patients in the experimental group were given Jieyu Baihe Decoction on the basis of the control group.At the end of the 8-week course of treatment,through the two groups of patients in the same period and self-control,the changes of curative effect observation indexes were compared,and the adverse reactions during the study period were counted to evaluate the safety and feasibility of this prescription.The depression score was followed up 8 weeks after drug withdrawal to evaluate the long-term efficacy.Results:A total of 70 patients were enrolled,there is 0 case of loss in the experimental group and 1 case of loss in the control group.A total of 69 cases were counted.At the time of enrollment,the information between the two groups was comparable(P>0.05).(1)The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.43%,higher than 79.41% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,HAMD-24 depression score,TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score of the two groups decreased,and the reduction degree of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)ADL scores of the two groups increased after treatment,and the increase degree of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant fluctuation in the safety observation indexes,and no major adverse events occurred,which were tolerated by all patients.(5)The long-term efficacy of experimental group was still better than control group after 8 weeks follow-up(P<0.05).Compared with after treatment,HAMD-24 score was slightly decreased,and there was no statistical difference within the group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jieyu Baihe decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression of liver depression and kidney deficiency type.It can effectively relieve the symptoms of depression,improve the TCM Syndromes,recover the neurological function,and improve the ability of daily life,without obvious adverse reactions,and has a long-lasting effect.
