Clinical Observation Of Buyang Huanwu Jieyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Depression With Qi Deficiency And Liver Stagnation

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and clinical safety of Buyang Huanwu Jieyu Decoction in treating Post-stroke depression with Qi deficiency and liver depression syndrome.Method: The 64 patients of post-stroke depression with Qi deficiency and liver depression syndrome were elected and randomly divided into 2 groups,32 cases in the study group and 32 cases in the control group.The study group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Jieyu Decoction and the control group with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsule.Both groups were treated with the same Western medicine.The course of clinical research is 2 months.The results of patients of two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed in Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Evaluation of the main performance of TCM syndromes,Neurological impairment scale score,Daily life ability index scale score.Results:After statistical analysis of data before and after treatment of two groups of patients,the results showed that Buyang Huanwu Jieyu Decoction and Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsule can both be effective in Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Evaluation of the main performance of TCM syndromes,Neurological impairment scale score,Daily life ability index scale score.After the data analysis after treatment of patients of two groups,there was significant difference between the data of the study group and the control group in Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Evaluation of the main performance of TCM syndromes,Neurological impairment scale score,and the research group data is better than the control group,the results show that the effect of Buyang Huanwuyutang is better than fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules in these improvements of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Evaluation of the main performance of TCM syndromes,Neurological impairment scale score.In addition,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the data on the score of Daily life ability index scale score,this shows that Buyang Huanwu Jieyu Decoction and fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules is equivalent in the effect of Daily life ability index scale score.Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Tang Jieyu Decoction has a good effect and significant value in treating post-stroke depression with Qi Deficiency and Liver Depression Syndrome.
