Objective: Study the correlation between five movements and six Qi at birth and acquired dry eye of liver and kidney yin deficiency type,and to explore the clinical efficacy of Runmu decoction combined with walnut partitioned moxibustion and sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.Methods: 60 patients with dry eye of liver kidney yin deficiency type and water deficiency type who met the inclusion criteria in the ophthalmology department of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The study records and analyzes the date of birth.The treatment group was given Runmu Decoction orally,twice a day,combined with walnut partitioned moxibustion,twice a week,sodium hyaluronate eye drops,four times a day,two week is a course of treatment,two courses in a row;the control group was given sodium hyaluronate eye drops,four times a day.Records before and after 2 weeks treatment,4 weeks after treatment in patients with Ocular symptoms integral,systemic symptom integral,dry eye questionnaire(Ocular Surface Disorder Index,OSDI),corneal fluorescent staining scores(fluorescein staining,FL),it appears rupture Time(Break-up Time Of Tear Film,BUT),Tear secretion(Schirmer I test,SIt),and carries on the statistical analysis on the results,The therapeutic effect was evaluated objectively.Results:60 patients completed the study.There were 30 cases(60 eyes)in the treatment group and 30 cases(60 eyes)in the control group.(1)There were significant differences in the distribution of Sui Yun and Sitian-Zaiquan when 60 patients were born(P<0.05).Wood Yun was the most in Sui Yun,while Yangming zaojin-Shaoyin junhuo was the most in Sitian-Zaiquan.There were no significant differences in the distribution of Zhu Qi and Ke Qi(P>0.05).(2)The total effective rate of the two groups was compared.The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group.The total effective rate between the two groups,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of objective indicators of dry eye between the two groups.After treatment,the BUT,SIT,and FL scores of the two groups were significantly improved than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after 2 weeks of treatment,the increase in BUT of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant Significance(P < 0.01),the increase in SIt was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the increase in BUT and SIt in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.01);There was no statistically significant difference in FL score between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of ocular symptom score,systemic symptom score and OSDI score between the two groups:After treatment,the ocular symptom score,systemic symptom score,OSDI score of the treatment group and the control group’s ocular symptom score and OSDI score were significantly improved compared with the previous one.There is a significant difference(P<0.01).The systemic symptom scores of the control group are not statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P>0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,the systemic symptom scores and OSDI scores of the treatment group have improved significantly better than those of the control group,The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),the ocular symptom score is better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the ocular symptom score,systemic symptom score and OSDI of the treatment group The score improvement was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between the acquired dry eye of liver kidney yin deficiency type and the age of the patient at birth.The self-designed embellmu decoction combined with walnut separation moxibustion and sodium hyaluronate eye drops has a significant effect on dry eyes with liver and kidney Yin deficiency,which can effectively increase the secretion of tear and tear film rupture time,reduce corneal injury,improve ocular and systemic symptoms,and achieve a more specific synergistic effect. |
