Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation By Spinal Manipulation Combined With Eleven Prescriptions Ironing Clinical Effect Observation

Objective:Through the intervention of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine methods,to explore the effectiveness of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in traditional Chinese medicine methods combined with eleven prescriptions and ironing,to provide reference for clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation;In order to seek a more reasonable and effective method of organic combination treatment for lumbar disc herniation,two or more kinds of intervention methods combined with organic treatment are widely popularized.Methods: This topic to see a doctor,guangxi university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine spine surgery,rehabilitation medicine outpatient and the inpatient patients of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion as the research object,a total of 90 cases,the treatment group USES the chiropractic technique combined therapy with eleven ironing the formulas,the control group 1 with normal traction treatment devices,a ironing the formulas,the control group treatment with 2 eleven ironing the formulas.Chiropractic manipulation therapy,conventional traction treatment,11 prescriptions and ironing treatment once a day,7 days as a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses.ODI and VAS scores of 3groups were observed before and after 1 course of treatment,and after 2courses of treatment.The therapeutic effects of the three groups were evaluated.Results:1.General information: there was no statistical significance between the treatment group and the control group in gender,age and course of disease(P>0.05),which showed comparability.2.Comparison of VAS scores :(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the two control groups(P>0.05);(2)After 1 week of treatment and 2 days of treatment,the results of intra-group comparison between the treatment group and the control group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The results of inter-group comparison between the treatment group and the control group1 and 2 were significantly different(P<0.05).3.Comparison of ODI scores :(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and control group 1 and 2(P>0.05);(2)After 1 week of treatment and 2 days of treatment,the results of intra-group comparison between the treatment group and the control group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The results of inter-group comparison between the treatment group and the control group1 and 2 were significantly different(P<0.05).4.Comparison of efficacy of patients at the end of treatment: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,the significant effective rate was 53.34%,the total effective rate of the control group 1 was 86.66%,the significant effective rate was 40.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group 2 was 83.33%.After statistical processing,the effective rate comparison between the treatment group and the two control groups showed statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Chiropractic technique combined therapy with eleven ironing the formulas,conventional traction combined therapy with eleven ironing the formulas,pure eleven ironing treatment are the formulas can effectively reduce the pain of patients with lumbar disc prolapse,improve patients with lumbar dysfunction,chiropractic technique in combination with eleven ironing treatment effect of the formulas is superior to the conventional traction combined therapy with eleven ironing the formulas and pure.The formulas ironing treatment.2.Compared with conventional traction treatment,chiropractic manipulation has more advantages in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.3.Spina manipulation as an auxiliary means can improve the therapeutic effect of 11 prescriptions ironing treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
