Purpose:Observe accupotomology prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc (blood stasis syndrome) clinical curative effect.Method:80 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation blood stasis syndrome patients.50 cases of men,30 cases of women. Randomly divided into the treatment group (accupotomology) and the control group (conventional acupuncture treatment), treatment time of 4 weeks. Clinical observation time before, respectively in the treatment duration treatment two weeks after, treatment ended, Using VAS (visual simulation pain score), JOA lumbago disorders curative effect evaluation standard of symptoms and signs be evaluated.Results:This clinical study has not occurred during a adverse reactions and safety accidents, Through the treatment group and control group effect assessment comparison, Treatment treatment two weeks after treatment group clinical cure rate for 35%, significant efficiency 37.5% and effective for 22.5.The control group treatment two weeks after clinical cure rate of 15%, significant efficiency, effectiveness is 35% and 35%. treatment group after treatment for clinical cure rate significant efficiency, effectiveness of for 35% 47.5%,15%.The control group cure rate, significant efficiency, effectiveness of for 37.5%,22.5% 27.5%. Through the two groups of patients after 2 weeks after treatment and score and VAS JOA lumbago disorders total score set between groups, within and comparison. P<0.05, the treatment group in the treatment of pain, improve symptoms and restore function obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:Video monitor next accupotomology prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc (blood stasis syndrome) curative effect is distinct.
