Objective: To understand the sleep quality, coping styles and social support status of pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery.Explore the factors affecting the sleep quality of pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery.Analyze the correlation between coping styles, social support and sleep quality of pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery. It provides a theoretical basis for clinically improving the sleep quality of pregnant women with threatened preterm birth and promoting the health of pregnant women. Methods: Convenience sampling was used to select pregnant women who were diagnosed with threatened preterm birth in a third-level A general hospital in Guigang City from May 2020 to November 2020 as the research object.Through the questionnaire star, let the patient scan the code to fill in the questionnaire. The questionnaires included the General Information Questionnaire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).In this study,a total of 238 questionnaires were issued, and 238 valid questionnaires were returned, and the recovery rate was 100%.Use SPSS25.0software to conduct statistical analysis on the survey results. The analysis methods mainly use descriptive statistics,t-test,analysis of variance, binary logistic regression analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis.Results:1.Among the 238 pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery,157(69.97%)had sleep disorders. The sleep quality score was(8.89±3.43)points.2.In the coping style of pregnant women with threatened preterm birth, the face score was(18.95±3.10),the avoidance score was(14.41±2.69),and the yield score was(7.39 ± 2.25).The face scores of threatened preterm pregnant women of different education levels were statistically significant(P<0.05),the avoidance scores of threatened preterm pregnant women of different occupations were statistically different(P<0.05),and there were no statistically significant differences in the yield scores of pregnant women with threatened preterm births in different demographic data(P>0.05).3.The social support level of 238 pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery was at a medium level. The score of social support for pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery is(41.59±5.87),and the scores for subjective support, objective support, and support utilization are(24.01±3.82),(10.32±2.42),(7.26±1.61).Different residences or family members’ care, the total support score is statistically different(P<0.05).4.The results of single factor analysis show that different residence, marital status, occupation, education background, per capita monthly income, number of gestations, subjective sleep quality before pregnancy, vaginal bleeding, pregnancy comorbidities have statistically different effects on the sleep quality of pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery(P<0.05).5.Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that family monthly i ncome, abdominal pain, pregnancy method, pregnancy complications,an d subjective sleep quality before pregnancy is a predictor of sleep disor ders(P<0.05).Family monthly income per capita is 3000-5000 yuan [O R=2.851,95%CI(1.227-6.627),P=0.015],abdominal pain [OR=4.176,95%CI(1.399-12.468),P=0.010],pregnancy combined Syndrome[OR=3.354,95%CI(1.094-10.287),P=0.034],artificial assisted pregnancy [OR=5.574,95%CI(1.386-22.416),P=0.016],poor subjective sleep quality before pregnancy [OR=7.463,95%CI(2.191-25.428),P=0.001].6.Pearson correlation results showed that yield and total sleep quality score were positively correlated(r=0.493,P<0.01).Subjective support was negatively correlated with total sleep quality score(r=-0.413,P<0.01).Total social support score was The total score of sleep quality was negatively correlated(r=-0.274,P<0.01).Face was positively correlated with the total score of objective support and social support(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficients were 0.221 and 0.257.The total scores of yield with subjective support and social support were negatively correlated(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficients were-0.318 and-0.295.Conclusion(s): 1.Different residence, marital status, occupation, education, per capita monthly income, pregnancy times, birth times, subjective sleep quality before pregnancy, and whether vaginal bleeding, pregnancy complications are the main influencing factors of sleep quality of threatened premature pregnant women.Binary logistic regression analysis results show that family monthly income, abdominal pain, pregnancy method, pregnancy comorbidities, and sleep quality before pregnancy are risk factors for sleep disorders.2.Pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery tend to adopt confrontation and avoidance coping styles.Different education levels are the influencing factors for the scores of pregnant women with threatened preterm birth, and different occupations are the influencing factors for the avoidance scores of pregnant women with threatened preterm birth.3.The social support for pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery is at a medium level.Different residences and the degree of family care are the influencing factors of social support for pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery.4.The coping style of yielding is positively correlated with the sleep quality score. The subjective support score or total score of social support and the sleep quality score are negatively correlated. The coping style faced is positively correlated with the objective support and the total score of social support. The coping style of submission is negatively related to the subjective support and the total score of social support. |
