Objective:By observing the effect of Baipiaolianchuang Powder dressing change group on the healing of postoperative wound of low simple anal fistula,starting from multiple indicators such as complete healing time,wound area reduction rate,epidermal growth factor EGF level,and comprehensive efficacy effective rate,in order to explore whether Baipiaolianchuang external application can effectively accelerate wound growth and shorten healing time..Method:Between March 2020 and December 2020,66 cases admitted to hospital in Nanjing traditional Chinese medicine hospital were collected.They were randomly divided into external application group(experimental group)(n=33)and sterile petrolatum dressing change group(control group)(n=33).There was no significant difference in the basic data between the two groups.The two groups underwent low anal fistula resection,postoperative routine dressing change.On the 7th day after operation,the wound surface of the patients had no slough,pterygium or pus coating.The experimental group used the Baipiaolianchuang powder dressing change method,while the control group used the sterile petrolatum gauze dressing change method.The complete healing time,wound area reduction rate,epidermal growth factor EGF level,comprehensive efficacy rate,granulation color score,granulation density score,wound exudate score and postoperative wound pain score were observed and compared between the two groupsResults:(1)There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of age,gender,original wound area and original longitudinal diameter on postoperative day 1,wound area reduction rate,epidermal growth factor EGF level,granulation color score,granulation density score,wound exudate score,and wound pain score on postoperative day 7(experimental day 1)(p>0.05).(2)On the 10th day after surgery,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of wound reduction rate and granulation density(p<0.05),indicating that Baipiaolianchuang powder had a significant effect in promoting granulation dense and orderly growth and accelerating wound healing,Baipiaolianchuang powder was powder,some drugs had dampness and pain relief effects,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups in wound exudation and postoperative pain scores(p<0.05).(3)On the 14th day after surgery,the wound area reduction rate,granulation color score,granulation density score,wound exudate score,and wound pain score in the experimental group were statistically different from those in the control group(P<0.05).A small amount of serum was taken to detect EGF levels by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and there was a significant statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.001).(4),the overall healing process was observed,and the healing time was 21.97 ± 1.90 in the experimental group and 26.21 ± 2.36 in the control group,with a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.001).(5)Due to the effect of surgery,there was no statistical difference in the comprehensive effective rate between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:External application of Baipiaolianchuang powder acts on patients with dampness toxin accumulation syndrome of low simple anal fistula,with significant postoperative wound effect,which can effectively improve the quality of granulation growth,promote wound healing,achieve accelerated growth and shorten the treatment time... |
