Professor Zeng Qingqi’s Study On The Data Of "Prescription-Structure-target" In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Chronic Prostatitis

Objective To explore the medication rule of Professor Zeng Qingqi in the treatment of d amp-heat chronic prostatitis by using the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicin e(v2.5),in order to guide the TCM treatment of clinical turbid disease.To research the multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway mechanism of Linderae Radix-Acoritatani nowii Rhizoma in the treatment of chronic prostatitis based on network pharmacology,pre dict its main symptoms,and construct the system of network pharmacology.To predict the potential mechanism of multi-herb,multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway of co re prescription in the treatment of chronic prostatitis at the molecular level based on net work pharmacology,and to construct the system of "Prescription-Herb-Composition-Target"Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the effective prescriptions of Professor Zeng in the treatment of damp-heat chronic prostatitis were collected,and the algorithms of arithmetic statistics,association rules and cluster analysis were applied in d ata mining to analyze the rules of herb application and summarize the experience of her b application.TCMSP V2.3 was used to screen the effective chemical constituents and ta rgets,to explore the interaction between proteins,to analyze the GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment,and to predict its possible mechanism from the point of view of t heory.Results 193 effective prescriptions were collected,a total of 240 kinds of traditiona l Chinese herbs were collected,the highest frequency was Poria cocos,the four qi was mainly warm,the five flavors were mainly bitter,sweet and pungent,the meridians were mainly liver and spleen,and Linderae Radix was most closely related to Acoritataninowii Rhizoma.The core prescription included Poria cocos,Linderae Radix,Acoritataninowii Rhizoma,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,tangerine peony,Radix Paeoniae Ru bra,Cortex moutan,jujube and yam.Linderae Radix and Acoritataninowii Rhizoma contai ned a total of 233 chemical components,and 14 effective chemical components were obta ined,corresponding to 101 target genes,including 14 key targets such as PTGS2,PTGS1,A DRB2,RXRA,and 89 core targets for the treatment of CP,such as AKT1,TNF,JUN,RXRA,ESR1,RELA,MAPK14,AR,MAPK8,etc.The enrichment pathway is most likely to be a ca ncer-related pathway,and the docking results verify the intervention effect of the two herb s on CP.The main TCM symptoms include 10 symptoms such as abdominal distension a nd pain.The core prescription contained 119 effective chemical components,corresponding to 276 target genes.STAT3,AKT1,TP53,MAPK1,JUN,TNF,MAPK14,RELA,IL6 and MAPK8 were the key targets.The core prescription is most likely to act on the cell m embrane to exert molecular functions such as kinase binding,protein kinase binding and protein kinase activity,to complete the biological processes such as the response to oxide s,the regulation of cell death and the regulation of cell population proliferation,and to i nterfere with the occurrence and development of diseases through cancer-related pathways such as PI3K-Akt,MAPK,p53 and so on.Conclusion Professor Zeng mainly used rem oving dampness as the treatment method in the treatment of dampness and internal accu mulation of dampness,cutting into bitter temperature and dryness from the liver and sple en,invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver,clearing benefit and tonifying the liver,combining qi activating blood circulation,warming yang and transforming qi,and playin g the function of removing dampness and clearing heat,guiding turbid and dredging coll aterals.Linderae Radix-Acoritataninowii Rhizoma plays a greater role in the treatment of CP through system of multi-component,multi-target,multi-pathway,and mainly treats abdomi nal pain or mental symptoms such as anxiety and amnesia.It is suitable for qi stagnation type of CP;It may be more effective for chronic pelvic pain syndrome.The core prescripti on plays the role of anti-inflammation and anti-tumor,cell metabolism,immune regulatio n and neuroregulation through system of multi-herb,multi-component,multi-target,multi-path way,and ultimately gets the effect of treating CP.
