Clinical Study Of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction In Protecting Pulmonary Function Of Patients With Mild To Moderate Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease In Stable Period

Objective:Treat patients with mild to moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage by using Yiqi Jianpi Decoction.The purpose is to observe the clinical curative effect of this prescription,so as to provide theoretical basis for early intervention treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A randomized and controlled method was used to select 100 outpatients who meet the stable period of mild to moderate COPD as the research objects.A total of 4 cases were dropped during the process.The included cases were divided into a control group and a experimental group,and each have 48 cases to complete the study.The control group was treated with standard western medicine,and another group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on this basis.The course of treatment is 6 months in total.Observe the changes of clinical symptoms,lung function,CAT score and acute exacerbations before and after treatment,and statistical analysis and treatment were carried out.Results:The total points of the two groups were reduced after treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.01).The symptoms of cough,expectoration,respite,shortness of breath,fatigue,susceptibility to cold,afraid of wind and cold,abdominal distension,spontaneous sweating,less food and loose stool in the observation group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01).As well as,the effect of treating cough,expectoration,fatigue,susceptibility to cold,afraid of wind and cold,abdominal distension,spontaneous sweating,less food and loose stool was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the observation group has more advantages in improving shortness of breath(P<0.05).After treatment,the FEV1%of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the FEV1%and FVC%were better than the control group(P<0.05).There were not significantly improved in the levels of FVC%,FEV1/FVC of two groups and FEV1%of the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The CAT scores of both groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The number of acute exacerbations in the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yiqi Jianpi Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Mild to Moderate COPD in stable stage,improve the degree of airflow obstruction,delay the decline of lung function to a certain extent,improve the immunity of patients,reduce the frequency of acute attacks,and improve the quality of life of patients.The comprehensive curative effect was better than that of the control group.
