Objective: To observe the anal carbuncle (perianal abscess) after local application of Glauber salt gauze dressing, and discusse its action mechanism from both the theory and the clinical.Methods: In the clinical inclusion criteria , choosing the anal carbuncle after 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, with Glauber's salt gauze for the treatment group of 30 patients ,with 0.9% saline gauze as a control group of 30 patients treated, respectively.Records of local pain after the operation, the amount of exudate, wound edema, and wound size, integrated effects were observed.Results: At local pain, the amount of exudate, wound edema, Healing rate, comprehensive therapeutic effect, the Glauber salt gauze group was significantly better than 0.9% saline gauze (p <0.05).Conclusion: The clinical observation has not found any side effects and adverse reactions, safety and reliability of this prescription, the exact effect has obvious anti-inflammatory pain relief, promote healing, prevention, such as the role of edema. Sphincterotomy in a one-time basis, with the Glauber salt gauze dressing rhubarb is to improve the clinical efficacy of an effective way to have a wide application prospect, it is worth further in-depth research and promotion. |
