Research On The Law Of Professor Liu Tiejun’s Application Of Dangshen Prescription To Treat IBS-D Based On Data Mining

Objective: To summarize the research on the law of mentor Professor Liu Tiejun’s treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)by the method of data mining,in order to further summarize the use of Dangshen prescription in the treatment of IBS-D The common compatibility and the law of syndromes and treatments provide an objective basis for clinical prescriptions and medications,and enrich the results system of the tutors using Dangshen prescriptions to treat IBS-D.Methods: Comprehensive application of literature research and data mining related methods in the research process of this article.In the research of the former method,we searched the literature on this disease published by Professor Liu Tiejun.In the process of data mining research,the relevant medical records of Professor Liu from November 2019 to January 2021 were statistically analyzed,and based on certain criteria,the detailed data of 300 patients who met the requirements were determined.A corresponding database was established,based on cluster analysis and statistical methods related to association rules,and analyzed the law of Professor Liu Tiejun’s treatment of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome with Dangshen prescription.Results: Statistical analysis of 300 medical records,data mining,and the results are as follows:1.Gender and age distribution: Among them,there are 128 males and 172 females,respectively.The age distribution is mainly middle-aged and elderly patients;2.Symptom analysis: A total of 85 related symptoms have been identified by statistics,among which diarrhea,fatigue,and anorexia are the most frequent ones;3.Recipe analysis: statistical analysis found that 88 traditional Chinese medicines are involved in medical records,and the most frequent ones are Codonopsis,Zhigancao,Paeoniae Alba,Angelica,Jujube,Tangerine Peel,Atractylodes,Myrobalan,Poria,Licorice,Platycodon,Amomum villosum,White lentils,coix seed,etc.;4.Distribution of four gas and five flavors: analysis of the medicinal properties of these drugs found that 47.2% of these drugs are mild and 24.4%;the sweetness of the medicinal taste accounts for 35.3%,the pungent taste 29.1%,the bitter taste 25.8%,and the sour taste9.5%;5.The distribution of the meridian of the drug: The statistical results show that the spleen meridian is the main one,with 1404 cases,and the stomach meridian is the second with 770 cases,which is closely related to the lung meridian,heart meridian,liver meridian,kidney meridian,large intestine meridian,gallbladder meridian,etc.;6.Association rule analysis: statistical analysis of which high-frequency drug combinations are mainly as follows: "Dangshen,Baizhu","Dangshen,Angelica","Dangshen,Cinnamon",and the relevant prescription association rules with a confidence of 1 include"Glycyrrhiza"->Dangshen","Atractylodes->Dangshen","Angelica->Dangshen",etc.;7.Combination depth analysis: Set the support degree to 20% and the confidence degree≥0.8.Based on this statistical analysis,it is found that the Dangshen prescription is used to treat IBS-D.The two commonly used drug combinations include: Codonopsis,Atractylodes,Poria,Yam,Tangerine peel,coix seed,jujube;Codonopsis,angelica,white peony root,fried atractylodes,nutmeg,woody,etc.;8.Syndrome type analysis: A total of 9 syndrome types have been excavated,and statistical analysis has determined each of them,which are 34.7% of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,24.7% of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,and 14.0% of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome accounted for 8.7%,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome accounted for 7.3%,liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome accounted for 5.3%,and other syndrome types accounted for less than or equal to 2%;9.Analysis of prescriptions for spleen and kidney yang deficiency: Under the conditions of support of 50% and confidence ≥ 0.8,the commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of IBS-D by Professor Liu using Codonopsis are: Codonopsis,Fried Atractylodes,Roasted Licorice,Angelica,White peony,cinnamon,myrobalan,woody,nutmeg;10.Analysis of prescriptions for spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome: Under the condition that the degree of support is 50% and the confidence is ≥0.8,the commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of IBS-D by Professor Liu using Codonopsis are:Codonopsis,Atractylodes,Tangerine peel,Amomum villosum,Chinese yam,Poria,jujube,licorice,etc.Conclusion1.Professor Liu Tiejun used Dangshen prescriptions to treat IBS-D with spleen and kidney yang deficiency and spleen deficiency and dampness as the main syndrome types;2.Professor Liu Tiejun is flexible in syndrome differentiation.For IBS-D of different syndrome types,the prescriptions are different.For the spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,the spleen and kidney are treated at the same time.The treatment is mainly to warm the spleen and kidney,astringe the intestines to stop diarrhea,and replenish life.The fire is warming the spleen and yang,and Zhenren Yangzhang Decoction is the main prescription for syndrome differentiation;for the syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness,the main prescription is to invigorate the spleen,invigorate the spleen,oozing dampness and stop diarrhea,and to use Shenling Baizhu as the main prescription.
