Purpose:through the experimental diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome animalmodel and related indexes, from the traditional Chinese and Western medicineangle preliminary discuss to stop diarrhea Decoction in the treatment ofirritable bowel syndrome mechanism, to provide experimental basis for clinicalresearch.Material and method:usingarandomnumbertable50matureratswererandomlydivided into5groups: normal group (i.e., blank control group), model group,TrimebutineMa group, high dose group of Fuzhongzhixiesan (referred to as Chinesemedicine in high dose group), small dose group of Fuzhongzhixiesan(referredto as Chinese small dose group), each group of10. Besides normal group, whileother groups with Senna Decoction gastric lavage and modified Williams restraintstress method model. Model fifteenth days after the start of treatment oftraditional Chinese medicine in high dose group according to the3g crude drug/kgbody weight daily intragastric Fuzhongzhixiesan Decoction1, Chinese small dosegroup according to the1g crude drug/kg body weight daily intragastric searchantidiarrheal powder Decoction1, maleic acid Qumei cloth statin groups accordingto30mg/kg body weight daily by gavage for1time.The normal group, model groupgavage daily so volume of physiological saline. each group were orally for14days. After the last administration fasted for24hours, after gavage of carbonpowder, broken blood, a blood taking4ml, do the following indexes: rat bodyweight, plasma motilin (MTL), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), diarrheaindex, small intestine propulsion rate determination of carbon, intestinalhistopathological observation.Results:1weight changes in rats: modeling after each model rats were madebefore the mold is reduced, compared with the normal group had significantdifference (P<O.05); after each treatment model rats body weight compared with the normal group had no significant difference (P<O.05).2rat small intestinemovement function determination: model group in rat small intestine movementfunction, intestinal carbon advance rate compared with the normal group therewas a significant difference (P<O.01), while the treatment group compared withthe normal group showed no significant difference (P>O.05), compared with themodel group had significant difference or very significant differences (P<0.05,P<0.01).3on rat plasma vasoactive intestinal peptide, plasma motilineffect: compared with the model group, each group of plasma vasoactive intestinalpeptide content decreased (P<0.01); maleic acid Qumei cloth statin group (P<0.05)and high dose group of Fuzhongzhixiesan (P<0.01) plasma motilin contentsignificantly drop.4mucosal histological observation: medication after5groupsof rats colonic pathological examination to see mucosal coating of columnarepithelium, glandular tubular, regular array, cell differentiation andmaturation, no inflammatory cell infiltration and other abnormalities, therewas no significant difference between group.Conclusion:the experimental results show that, the restraint stressstimulation can induce rat small intestine movement function, high dose groupof Fuzhongzhixiesan can adjust the gastrointestinal motility and intestinalwater and electrolyte disorder, can reduce the D-IBS rat model of plasma VIP,MTL content, its treatment of D-IBS mechanism is through modulation of VIP, MTLgastrointestinal hormone secretion with the release of so as to adjust thegastrointestinal motility and water, electrolyte absorption and secretion, andin a certain range were dose effect relationship, experimental results show,the large dose group effect was more obvious in traditional Chinese medicine.
