Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Xiaoban Decoction In The Treatment Of Anaphylactoid Purpura Due To Spleen Deficiency

Objective:Through the clinical observation of Jianpi Xiaoban Decoction in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura due to spleen deficiency,this paper further explores the mechanism of TCM treatment of allergic purpura by "strengthening spleen and replenishing qi,nourishing blood and blood",and confirms its effectiveness and safety.The nature of the study was clinical observation.Method:The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group,64 cases in total.The treatment group was given Jianpi Xiaoban decoction,while the control group was given Buzhong Yiqi granule.15 days as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.Result:After clinical observation,12 cases(38.71%)were cured,10 cases(32.26%)were significantly effective,5 cases(16.13%)were effective,and 4 cases(12.90%)were ineffective in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 87.10%.In the control group,3 cases(10.00%)were cured,10 cases(33.33%)were significantly effective,10 cases(33.33%)were effective,and 7 cases(23.33%)were ineffective.The total effective rate was 76.67%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.By statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical research shows that Jianpi Xiaoban decoction has definite curative effect on anaphylactoid purpura due to spleen deficiency,without obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
