Clinical Study Of Allergic Purpura Treated By Xiaoban Huayu Decoction

We use my tutor's experienced prescription,Xiaoban Huayu Decoction to treat 30 Allergic Purpura(AP), besides, set a control group treated mainly by glucocorticoid and antihistamine as comparision .The whole effectiveness rate of observation group reaches 90. 0% .It is find that traditional Chinese medicinal herb's control get a better curative effect and significantly shorten the remission time of clinical manifestation such as bleeding of skin and urine and proteinuria (P<0.05) .The symptoms of joint swelling and pain or abdominal pain have also effective improvement .This prescription can evidently resume the normal level of IgA, IgG (P< 0.05) and improve the abnormal immune status of patients .However ,it have no effect on C 3 (P > 0.05) . The patients dealt with western medicines had little effect also receive favorable results .During and after treatment ,there have no side-effect to be observed .This study indicate that using XiaoBan Huayu Decoction to treat AP have better responses .we suggest the therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) should be studied and applied to this disease further .
