Clinical Study Of Runzao Tongbi Decoction In Treatment Of Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Dry Bi(Sjogren’s Syndrome)in China

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Runzao Tongbi decoction in the treatment of patients with primary dry syndrome with yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods :To collect 60 cases of primary Sjogren’s syndrome with yin deficiency and blood stasis according to the standard,divided into treatment group(Runzao Tongbi decoction),control group(Zhibai Dihuang pills),each group of 30 people for 12 weeks,observe and record the disease activity evaluation,TCM symptom quantification score,self-evaluation score(fatigue symptom VAS,dry symptom VAS,pain symptom VAS score),laboratory examination index,From the objective point of view,the clinical effect and safety of Runzao Tongbi decoction in the treatment of patients with primary dry syndrome yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are demonstrated.And the final data results are analyzed by software(SPSS21.0)for statistical analysis.Results :1.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group compared the curative effect of TCM syndrome.The total effective rate of Runzao Tongbi decoction in the observation group was 83.3,and the total effective rate of Zhibai Dihuang pills in the control group was 66.7.The statistical results of the two groups showed P<0.05,with significant difference.2.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05): total score of TCM syndrome;dry eyes,dry mouth,dry pharynx,thirst,joint swelling or pain,tongue image,lip red and purple dark symptom score;ESR、Ig G comparison in laboratory examination;fatigue,dryness,pain VAS score comparison.3.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05): the results of disease activity score;skin purpura or erythema,dark complexion symptoms score comparison;laboratory examination Ig M 、 CRP comparison.4.Both groups had no adverse reactions,no significant difference,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: Runzao Tongbi decoction can reduce the severity of symptoms and signs,blood stasis syndrome can reduce the severity of symptoms and signs,and can reduce the ESR、Ig G level of patients,improve the level of fatigue VAS、 dry VAS、 pain VAS integral,the use of this prescription is safe.
