The Clinical Study Of Ziyin Runzao Decoction Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Primary Sjogren’s Syndrome With Deficiency Of Qi-yin

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,exocrine gland examination(saliva flow rate and tear secretion test)and laboratory indexes of ziyin Runzao Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on primary Sjogren’s syndrome with deficiency of Qi-Yin,to explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of this disease.Methods:Sixty patients who met the screening criteria were divided into two groups: the control group(n = 30)and the treatment group(n = 30).The basic treatment was HCQ sulfate,0.4g once a day oral;The control group was treated with total glucoside of paeoniae paeoniae capsule(pavlin)on the basis of basic treatment,0.3g/ tablet.Patients were instructed to take it orally twice a day,2 tablets each time.The treatment group was treated with Ziyin Runzao Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of basic treatment.The decoction was taken warmly twice in the morning and evening,and acupuncture twice a week.The treatment lasted for 8 weeks in both groups.The changes in clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,exocrine gland examination,and laboratory indicators were observed before and after treatment,the relevant data of patients were sorted out,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00%,and that of the control group was 56.67%.There were statistically significant differences in the values of Ig G,Ig M,Ig A,CRP and ESR between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),The comparison between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.In improving patients’ symptoms and signs and total score of TCM symptoms,Intra-group comparison before and after treatment and inter-group comparison after treatment indicated statistically significant differences(P<0.05),The results showed that both groups were effective,and the improvement degree of symptoms,signs and total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group The exocrine gland examination(saliva flow rate and tear secretion test),intra-group comparison before and after treatment and inter-group comparison after treatment showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),It shows that the two groups can improve the external secretory gland,and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Ziyin Runzao Decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively relieve the symptoms and signs of patients with sjogren’s syndrome,and have a positive impact on the external secretory gland and laboratory examination indicators,with good curative effect.
