| Objective:Entecavir can effectively inhibit HBV DNA polymerase and treat chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Ganshuang granules can effectively inhibit the mTOR pathway,inhibit hepatic stellate cell activation,and treat liver fibrosis.There is no systematic study on the effect of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)liver fibrosis.Therefore,this study systematically evaluated the efficacy of Ganshuang granule combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis,and provided a reference for clinical guidance.Method:Computer search of multiple domestic and foreign databases,the search time is self-built until June 2020.Two researchers screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,assessed using the bias risk assessment tool recommended by the Cochrane Collaboration,and used RevMan5.2 software for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 7 articles were included,including 612 patients,including 306 in the experimental group and 306 in the control group.Compared with entecavir alone,adding Ganshuang granules can effectively reduce ALT[MD=-17.68,95%CI(-23.96,-11.39),P<0.00001],AST[MD=-23.57,95%CI(-25.95,-21.19),P<0.00001)],HA[MD=-25.81,95%CI(-29.29,-22.33),P<0.00001)],LN[MD=-23.77,95%CI(-28.80,-18.73)),P<0.00001)],IV-C[MD=-42.56,95%CI(-53.64,-31.48),P<0.00001],PC-III[MD=-24.25,95%CI(-28.72,-19.79),P<0.00001],total clinical effective rate[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.12,1.29),P<0.00001],the differences are all statistically significant.Conclusion:The current research results show that,compared with Entecavir,Entecavir combined with Ganshuang Granules can effectively improve the liver function and liver fibrosis of patients,and increase the total clinical effective rate.However,the sample size of the included literature is small,and the quality of the literature is low.It cannot provide reliable clinical data.In the future,more carefully designed,double-blind,multi-center,large-sample randomized controlled trials are needed. |
