| Objective:On the basis of using entecavir treating hepatitis B virus,the author aimes to explore the clinical curative effect of Ganshuang Keli combined entecavi treatment in liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B,cirrhosis of the liver,compared with Yinzhihuang granula.Methods:Collecting the patients during August 2013 to February 2016 from the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Diseases at the second hospital of Jilin university including 30 cases of chronic hepatitis B and 30 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis, the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each group has 15 cases, in which the experimental group was given regular entecavir,compound coenzyme,polyene phosphatidyl choline antiviral,protecting liver,stabiitze cell membrane, on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Ganshuang Keli 3g/time, 3 times/day treatment;Control group on the basis of routine treatment, given Yinzhihuang granula 6g/time, 3 times/day treatment, a course of 3 months,then stop using intravenous injection after the liver function is obviously improved, continuing antiviral treatment orally, etc. Respectively in the preparation before and 2, 4 weeks we test the recovery of liver; in the preparation before and at 4, 8, 12 weeks we tests the liver hardness value and the change of serum liver fibrosis markers.Results:1.The liver function recovery before and after the treatment According to clinical observation, liver function index groups of patients before and after treatment in the process of different time were statistically significant(P < 0.05); 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment, liver function tests revealed the decrease of ALT, AST, TBIL, GGT level is no difference between the treatment group and control group in patients(P > 0.05); At the end of the treatment course, no difference between the treatment group and control group in patients with liver result(P > 0.05).2. Liver hardness and the change of serum liver fibrosis markers before and after treatment In the treatment of 4 weeks, two groups of experimental liver hardness and the level of serum liver fibrosis markers(average) decreased slightly higher than the control group(P > 0.05); At 8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, the decrease of serum liver fibrosis markers level and liver stiffness in the observation group(average) were significantly higher than that of control group, difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Ganshuang Keli combined entecavir treatment of hepatitis B viral hepatitis liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis can effectively improve the patient’s level of liver function and fibrosis; Ganshuang Keli not only have the effect that protect liver, fall enzyme, its anti liver fibrosis and liver stiffness reduction effect more obviously, and the application effect is better for a long time, and it is worthy of clinical application. |
