| Research ObjectiveTo explore the comparison of the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Fuchun Powder and recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of chronic skin ulcers.Research methods This article adopts real-world research methods.All cases are from inpatient and outpatient patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University.Patients with chronic skin ulcers admitted from January 2016 to October 2020 have wound treatment for more than 1 month.,Who have not healed after repeated dressing changes and multiple treatments.The cases that meet the inclusion criteria are divided into two groups based on the treatment method,namely the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,80 patients were treated with Fuchun Powder externally;in the control group,82 patients were treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel externally.A local dressing change was implemented once a day,and a course of treatment lasted for four weeks.Record the area of chronic skin ulcers at the time of the patient’s visit,one week of treatment,two weeks of treatment,three weeks of treatment,four weeks of treatment,new granulation tissue,wound secretions,and healing time.The collected information is analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.Quantitative data are represented by mean,median,standard deviation and interquartile range,while qualitative data are represented by frequency and percentage.Perform independent sample t test or rank sum test for quantitative data group comparison,perform chi-square test for qualitative data group comparison,and perform trend chi-square test for grade data group comparison.In order to make the baseline data of the Fuchun powder group and the control group comparable,the propensity score was used to match the patients between the two groups.Taking the variable with difference in baseline data between groups as the independent variable,grouping(Fuchun powder,control group)as the dependent variable,through the binary logistic regression model,calculate the probability of each patient belonging to the Fuchun powder group/control group(propensity Score,Propensity score).Propensity score match(PSM)was used to find a control group with comparable baseline covariates for each patient in the Fuchun Powder group.In the matched Fuchun powder group and the control group,the differences in the efficacy index results of the two groups were further compared.Test level α=0.05,P<0.05 means the difference has statistical value.Research ResultThe162 patients did not do surgery,treatment process,record to see a doctor at that time,a week of treatment,and treatment,respectively,around two weeks,three weeks of treatment,and treatment of wound area and secretions,and record the wound healing time completely,after spring spread treatment patients after healing time patients with recombinant human epidermal growth factor treatment significantly shorten the healing time,secretion decreased significantly over the same,no obvious scar hyperplasia,greatly reduce the pain of the patients,at the same time,the patient and family to use double spring is satisfied with treatment.At the time of consultation,the wound area in the Fuchun powder group was similar to that in the control group.At the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th week,the wound area observed in the Fuchun powder group was smaller than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.The wound healing effect of Fuchun powder was better than that of the control group,and the wound healing speed of Fuchun powder group was higher than that of the control group.There was no difference in the scores of new granulation tissue between the Fuchun powder group and the control group at the time of consultation,but the scores of new granulation tissue in the Fuchun powder group were all lower than those in the control group at the 1st,2nd,3rd and4 th week,and the differences were statistically significant.The healing effect of Fuchun powder on the new granulation tissue was better than that of the control group,and the decrease rate of the score of the new granulation tissue in Fuchun powder group was higher than that of the control group.The score of wound secretion in the Fuchun powder group was lower than that in the control group at the time of consultation and at the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th weeks,and the differences were statistically significant.The healing time of Fuchun powdergroup(26.43 ± 13.27days)was lower than that of control group(43.11 ± 19.97 days),and the difference was statistically significant(t=-5.612,P<0.001).Research ConclusionsFor the clinical treatment of chronic skin ulcers,the use of Fuchun San can play a better clinical therapeutic effect than the use of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel,can better accelerate the growth rate of granulation tissue,shorten the time of wound healing,reduce secretions,reduce the patient’s physical and mental pain,etc.On the whole,Fuchun Powder can play an exact effect in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer,and can provide a new and effective method for the clinical treatment of chronic skin ulcer. |
