Purpose: The main purpose of this project is to study the effect of acupuncture at the acupuncture points on the upper limb spasticity after apoplexy.By comparing and observing the two treatment methods of acupuncture at the acupuncture points combined with conventional rehabilitation and conventional acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation. It also analyzes and compares the clinical therapeutic effects of the two treatment methods on upper limb spasticity after stroke, and explores the effects of acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation treatment on upper limb spasticity after stroke and whether it can restore the patient’s ability of daily living and motor function Advantages, and provide a reliable basis for the development of Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology. Methods: According to the acceptance criteria of this clinical trial, among the patients hospitalized in the Department of Brain Diseases, the Third Affiliated Clinical Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,72 patients with post-stroke spastic hemiplegia in the upper limbs were finally selected for this study, and they will be included in the group. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(transfusion and acupuncture method)and control group(conventional acupuncture method).36 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group and the control group were given the corresponding treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.Treatment methods, the analysis of clinical data mainly adopts the statistical methods of chi-square test,t-test and non-parametric test. Finally, the clinical treatment effect, daily living ability and exercise function of patients in the treatment group and the control group are compared and analyzed.Results:(1)In terms of clinical efficacy(Ashworth spasm assessment): After clinical treatment in the treatment group and the control group, the number of clinically cured cases in the treatment group was 9 cases, the number of markedly effective cases was 5 cases, and the number of effective cases was 8 cases. The number of invalid cases was 8;the number of clinically cured cases in the control group was 6 cases, the number of markedly effective cases was 4,the number of effective cases was 12,and the number of invalid cases was 10.The specific results of statistical analysis are: Z=-3.008,P=0.003,P<0.05,indicating that there is a significant difference in the results of the two groups after treatment, and the treatment group is better than the control group in improving spasticity.(2)In terms of ability of daily living(Bebathel index): After clinical treatment in the treatment group and the control group, the specific results of statistical analysis are:Z=-2.720,P=0.007,P<0.05,indicating that the two groups are significant The difference is that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the ability of daily living.(3)In terms of motor function(Fug-Meyer): After clinical treatment in the treatment group and the control group, the specific results of statistical analysis are: Z=-3.146,P=0.002,P<0.05,indicating that the two groups are significant The difference is that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving motor function. Conclusion: The results of this clinical study show that both the acupuncture method and the traditional acupuncture method can reduce the degree of limb spasm in patients with upper limb spasm after stroke, improve the patient’s ability of daily living, and improve the patient’s motor function. Moreover, the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture method of transfusion and acupuncture in the trial is better than that of the traditional acupuncture method, which provides supporting evidence for the clinical use of the five-point acupuncture method to treat post-stroke limb spasm.
