To Observation The Clinical Efficacy Of Deslanoside Injection Combined With Shenfu Injection In The Treatment Of Acute Heart Failure

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy observation of acute heart failure(type of yin jie yang tuo)of Deslanoside injection combined with shenfu injection.Methods:Select 60 patients with acute heart failure(type of yin jie yang tuo)were selected from November 2019 to April 2020 in the emergency ICU ward of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Sixty patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the treatment group(n=30).Based on clinical symptoms,both groups were given routine treatment options such as diuretic and vascular enlargement.The control group was treated with Deslanoside injection alone,and the treatment group was treated with Deslanoside injection combined with Shenfu injection.After treatment,to observe the efficacy of the two groups,the heart rate,and breathing rate,blood pressure,heart failure Lee’s score,TCM cardiac score of the two groups of patients were observed pre and after treatment,and changes in left ventricle blood score(LVEF),lactic acid(Lac),and N-end pre-cerebral diuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP)were measured and.The re-occurrence rate of acute left heart failure within 7d was observed.Results:The total efficiency rate of the treatment group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05),and after treatment,The heart rate,blood pressure,breath rate of the two groups of patients was lower than before(P<0.05);the treatment group’s heart rate,blood pressure,and breathing rate were lower than those of the control group.after treatment,The heart failure Lee’s score and ?TCM cardiac score of the two groups of patients was lower than before,And the above two points of the treatment group are lower than the control group(P<0.05),and after treatment,the LVEF,NT-pro BNP of the two groups of patients was lower than before,And the above two points of the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05),after treatment,to compare the Lac of two groups,(P>0.05);Within 7 days,the re-occurrence rate of acute left heart failure(3.33%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(10.00%),(P<0.05).Conclusion: The efficacy of Deslanoside injection combined with Shenfu injection is significantly better than that of use Deslanoside injection alone,significantly improve heart failure Lee’s score,TCM cardiac score;improve heart function and hemodynamics;improve the LVEF,reduce the Lac and NT-pro BNP levels.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
