Clinical Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Shenfu Injection In The Treatment Of Total Heart Failure

Purpose:We retrospectively analyzed the therapeutic effect of Shenfu injection combined with conventional western medicine treatment and routine western medicine treatment on patients with complete heart failure.The curative effect of Shenfu injection combined with conventional western medicine was evaluated to provide a new clinical method to treat complete heart failure.Material and method:1.Clinical data: Patients were clinically diagnosed with complete heart failure and selected from The Heart Center of Liaoning People’s Hospital between January 2016 and August 2016,experimental group for 29 cases,control group for 21 cases.2.The control group used routine heart failure treatment such as cardiac stimulant,diuresis and vascular dilation while the experimental group had 100 ml IV drip with 80 ml Shenfu injection in addition to conventional heart failure treatment for 10 days.Analyze the data of left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and pulmonary artery pressure(PAP)6 minute walking experiment;NT-pro BNP;TCM clinical syndrome quantitative score of heart failure;cardiac function of western medicine and the adverse effect of hepatorenal function during the treatment,before and after comparison,to evaluate the effect of clinical treatment.Results:1.General data: There is no statistical difference(p>0.05)in the general data of two groups.2.Evaluation of cardiac function using western medicine: The symptoms of heart failure were obviously improved in the experimental group(χ~2=6.948,p=0.031<0.05).3.The experimental group has statistical significance shown in TCM clinical syndrome quantitative score and in 6 minute walking experiment(t=2.487,p=0.017<0.05;χ~2=11.06,p=0.009<0.05).4.There are statistical significances in LVEF,LVEDD,PAP and NT-proBNP comparison between each groups,showing that combined Shenfu injection treatment improved the relevant indexes in patients(t=3.249,p=0.00<0.05;t=5.898,p=0.000<0.05;t=3.198,p=0.003<0.05;t=2.827,p=0.007<0.05).5.No adverse effect was observed.Conclusion:1.Shenfu injection combined with conventional western medicine can improve the cardiac function of complete heart failure.It also effectively improves TCM syndrome such as palpitation,weakness,asthma,nausea and edema.2.The curative effect of combining Shenfu injection and conventional western medicine to treat complete heart failure is better than using conventional western medicine only.3.No adverse drug reaction observed.The clinical application is relative safe.
