Clinical Efficacy Of Shenfu Injection Treatment Of Cute Heart Failure

Objective: To study Shenfu injection in treatment of acute heart failure clinical curativeeffect,and discusses the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute heartfailure. Methods: This study included100cases of patients with acute heart failure,57cases of male patients, female patients,43cases. The randomized, controlled experimentalmethods, the enrolled patients were randomly divided into a treatment group (ShenfuInjection group)(n=50) and control group (50cases) in accordance with the order ofadmission. TCM reference refers to the Chinese medicine clinical research means Guidingprinciples,the guiding principle is a heart deficiency syndrome, the yang deficiency WaterPan certificate, the Yang Yin exhaust off license. Control group using the program of ofcardiac diuretic vasodilator traditional treatment of heart failure, the treatment group plusShenfu injection on the basis of the control group. Count data using the chi-square test,measurement treatment using t-test (unequal variances t ’test) before and after treatmentTCM symptoms, BNP, left ventricular ejection fraction (EF), lactic acid valueschange.Results:①control group before treatment TCM symptom score reduced by (21±3.4) points after treatment (13±2.8) points, TCM symptom score by treatment group (19±2.8) points reduced after treatment (12±3.2) points two groups before and after treatment,there were statistically significant differences, but the degree of reduction of the twogroups rated no significant statistical difference.②treatment the front control group (3995±521) pg/ml in the BNP reduce reduced by (4179±775) pg/ml (1844±863) pg/ml,the treatment group BNP after treatment after treatment (1266±627) pg/ml, before andafter treatment, there were significant statistical differences in the treatment groupcompared with the control group BNP decreased degree of statistically significantdifferences.③treatment control group before ejection fraction (35±8)%increase aftertreatment (42±6)%in the treatment group increased ejection fraction (33± 6)%(47±7)%, two groups before and after treatment, there were significant statisticaldifference, and the two groups to increase the degree of statistically significant differences.④treatment of lactic acid in the control group value by pre-treatment (2.6±0.4) mmol/lreduced after treatment (1.2±0.3) mmol/l, lactic acid value of the treatment group beforetreatment (2.8±0.7) mmol/l to reduce after treatment (1.0±0.2) mmol/l, the two groupshave a significant statistical difference, but no statistically significant differences in thetwo groups to reduce the degree of.Conclusion: Shenfu injection for clinical case of heart deficiency syndrome, yangwater pan card, permit removal Hou Yang Yin exhaust treatment effect of acute heartfailure compared with western medicine.
