Clinical Observation Of Xuanyu Tongjing Decoction For Treating Less Menstrual Syndrome(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:In this clinical study,the patients with hypomenorrhea-LRB-syndrome Qif qi stagnation and blood stasis)were treated with xuanyutongjing decoction,the changes of menses,endometrial thickness and improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment were compared to verify the efficacy and safety of the treatment.Methods: This clinical study included 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were treated at the gynaecology outpatient clinic and the gynaecology and Obstetrics Clinic of the Changchun University of Chinese Medicine between December 2019 and December 2020,the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.During the whole treatment period,because the patients did not follow the prescribed treatment and other irresistible factors,the patients in the treatment group were rejected in 2 cases,and the patients in the control group were rejected in 4 cases,in the control group,32 cases(66cases)were observed.The treatment group was given Xuanyutongjing decoction plus or minus one dose daily,300 ml water extract,taken in the morning and evening,and started to take medicine from the end of menstruation,and stopped taking medicine after 21 days,for a course of treatment;the control group was given honghuaxiaoyao granules,a Chinese patent medicine,taken with boiling water,one bag at a time,three times a day.Each group of patients are required to observe 3 courses of treatment,asked patients fasting sorghum thick taste,spicy stimulation and hinder the spleen and stomach and other indigestible food,keep happy mood.To observe the volume of menses,endometrium and the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after taking medicine,and to analyze the data by statistics,comprehensive Evaluation of xuanyutongjing decoction in the treatment of hypomenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis)in the clinical effect.Results: After treatment,xuanyutongjing decoction and Carthamus Tinctorius Xiaoyao granule were effective in improving menses volume,tcm symptom integral and endometrial thickness.The results showed that the total effective rate was 85.29% in the treatment group and 71.88% in the control group,it is proved that xuanyutongjing decoction is better than honghuaxiaoyao granule in treating hypomenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.During the course of treatment and follow-up,there was no adverse reaction such as discomfort or pain,which showed that Xuanyutong Jingtang Jiajian and Carthamus Tinctorius Xiaoyao granule had good safety.Conclusion: “Xuanyutongjing decoction”is of great significance in increasing patients’ menstrual volume,relieving accompanying symptoms,and promoting endometrial growth.It provides a new way of diagnosis and treatment for the treatment of hypomenorrhea-LRB-syndrome Qif qi stagnation and blood stasis)w TCM tcm in the future,worthy of clinical promotion.
