| Objective:To observe the improvement of menstrual volume,TCM syndromes and clinical objective indicators(endometrial thickness,hemorheology related indicators)of patients who met the inclusion criteria after taking tiaojing prescription.To verify whether tiaojing prescription can effectively improve the menstrual volume and associated symptoms of patients with little qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods: A total of 60 gynecological outpatient patients in yunnan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine who met the requirements of the research from December 2018 to December 2019 were collected and randomly divided into two groups.There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Oral prescription,safflower,respectively.The results of the experiment were affected by the difference of dosage method or temperature in oral prescription.Therefore,all the Chinese medicines studied were selected as decoction free in the new green pharmacy of yunnan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Start taking the medicine 3 days before the menstrual cycle and stop taking it 5 days after the menstrual cycle.Take 8 doses of the medicine 3 times a day for each cycle.Safflower promenade should be taken 3 days before menstrual period and stopped 5 days after menstrual period,4 tablets for each time,3 times a day.During the clinical observation,it is forbidden to take the drugs that have influence on the treatment of this disease(such as other drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis).After the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles(1 course of treatment),the data of all patients before and after treatment were analyzed,and the final conclusion was reached.Result: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 83.3% and 66.67%,respectively.After data analysis and comparison(p < 0.05),there was a significant difference.It is concluded that tiaojing prescription is better than safflower promenade in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis.The specific improvement analysis was as follows: menstrual volume improvement by analysis and treatment group(p= 0.00);Control group(p= 0.003);The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(p= 0.007).The results showed that both groups could increase the menstrual volume,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Improvement of TCM syndrome after data analysis and treatment group(p=0.00);Control group(p=0.001).Data analysis between the two groups after treatment(p= 0.127).Both groups could improve TCM syndromes,and the curative effect was similar.The data analysis showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of menstrual volume,menstrual color,menstrual quality,dry mouth,breast swelling pain,lower abdomen swelling pain,emotional abnormalities,sighing and other syndromes.Comparison of objective indicators of improvement of endometrial thickness: after treatment group(p=0.001);The control group(p=0.009)showed significant difference.Data analysis between the two groups after treatment showed no significant difference(p= 0.511).The results showed that both groups could thicken the endometrium and the curative effect was similar.Hemorheology correlation index level comparison: after treatment,correlation index analysis and comparison(p <0.05),the difference is obvious.The results show that both the treatment group and the control group can improve the hemorheology related indexes after treatment,and the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the hemorheology related indexes.Conclusion: Based on the observation of the clinical efficacy of this study,it is concluded that the menstrual condition and TCM syndromes of the qi-stagnation and blood-stasis patients treated with tiaojing prescription have been improved,which can increase endometrial thickness and reduce hemorheological indexes.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
