Research On Block Chain Based Drug Traceability System Construction

Objective: To solve the problems of incomplete traceability information,imperfect sharing mechanism and "centralization" in the traditional drug supply chain,based on the decentralization,data signature,consensus authentication,timestamp sorting and distributed storage characteristics of blockchain technology,a drug traceability system with perfect sharing mechanism,supervision mechanism,intelligent decision-making and evaluation can be built to ensure complete traceability of the entire drug traceability link loop.Methods: Literature analysis and questionnaire were used to collect and analyze the data of the status quo of traditional drug supply chain,and the drug traceability system analysis report was made.Based on drug traceability application requirements and blockchain technology,Hyperledger Fabric was selected as the underlying platform of blockchain,and a drug traceability system was built on this platform.Through the construction of "double-chain" + "cloud" storage structure and the establishment of external multi-source data analysis center,the problem of blockchain data calculation and storage pressure is solved,and the function of business subject evaluation and business activity decision-making in the closed-loop link is realized.In the private link,point-to-point transmission and symmetric secret key encryption technology are adopted to ensure the security of the private data of the business subject in the block link.Results: In this paper,a hierarchical model of drug supply chain based on block chain and a system model of drug supply chain were established,a double-chain structure of drug traceability system based on block chain was constructed,information transmission and storage methods were determined,and the "cloud" technology was used to complete data analysis and storage functions.Design "league chain + private chain" link "cloud" of architecture,use external multi-source data center construction private chain,store all multi-source auxiliary information,contracts,to complete the evaluation and decision-making and develop intelligence,by building a symmetric key for point-to-point private data and P2 P transmission mechanism,not only ensure the privacy of the subject of business data,and improve the completeness of link back.Design the identity address generation of business subject,incentive mechanism,realization mode of drug procurement and inventory management,realization mode of drug sales process and circulation in the drug traceability system based on blockchain.Conclusion: Based on blockchain technology,the pharmaceutical traceability platform is built to optimize the existing drug supply chain,make up for the shortcomings in the drug supply chain,and solve the drawbacks and hidden dangers in the existing drug supply chain.Although the research results of this paper have not yet been developed into mature application products,preliminary experimental results have been obtained.With the development of blockchain technology,the construction of pharmaceutical traceability platform should continue to be optimized and improved.
