With the rapid development of medical digitization and informational,the demand for medical information sharing is increasing.However,the leakage of sensitive information will seriously affect the enthusiasm of data sharing,so the privacy and security of medical information has also been widely concerned.There are many hidden security risks in the centralized storage of medical data sharing platforms,such as privacy leakage caused by a single point of failure,inflexible access control,and easily out of owner’s control during data sharing.At present,a new method is urgently needed to solve the problem of privacy protection of medical information.Blockchain provides new ideas for the secure sharing of medical information.As a decentralized multi-party-maintained distributed shared ledger,the information sharing platform based on blockchain can effectively avoid the single point of failure in the centralized system.And through the transparency and non-tampering characteristics of transaction information,it can prevent the abuse and tampering of data.Due to the large amount of medical information,the complexity of data types,and the different requirements for privacy protection,blockchain needs to be combined with other data storage systems and privacy protection technologies to realize the safe sharing of medical data.This article proposes the following research contents and innovations for the secure sharing of medical data:(1)Aiming at the problem of privacy security in medical data sharing,a medical data privacy protection model based on blockchain is proposed.The model uses the blockchain combined with the off-chain IPFS system to store medical data.It uses the reliability of the data on the chain while reducing the pressure on the chain storage,and improves the consensus security of the blockchain system through a dynamic heterogeneous consensus mechanism based on mimic defense.This model combines smart contracts and attribute access control strategies to realize automatic authorization and access to medical data.For the sharing of results obtained by joint calculation of multi-party data,this model combines off-chain privacy calculations with blockchain storage.While sharing the original data,the reliability of the shared data is guaranteed.(2)Aiming at the sharing of joint calculation results of multiple data sharing parties,a privacy protection method based on secure multi-party computing is proposed in this model.The data provider uses a Shamir-based secret sharing algorithm to input data into a secure multi-party computing network composed of computing nodes.The multi-party computing nodes process the encrypted data and the data requester reconstructs the calculation results.This method uses the invariance of the blockchain to encrypt transaction behaviors to ensure the reliability of shared data,and the supervisory node can decrypt the transaction information and verify the correctness of the calculation results.The experiment shows the feasibility of this model’s privacy protection scheme by simulating the process of privacy calculation protocol.
